Seamless Metal Gutters - Repair
A little slow to respond, but were very enthusiastic once we finally connected. Very nice people who worked very hard to the work as best they knew how. I also hired them to do some siding repair and install a storm door. I found them refreshingly conscientious and stayed with the job until it met expectations without any quibbling on time or money. Hard to find anyone that still cares about their work, I was very satisfied with their efforts.

Wood Fence Repair
The repair work was to replace fence posts that were leaning, slats that were damaged by age and make our fence look like new according to the information given us. The supervisors never furnished the workers with all the materials they needed and left the job site without any supervision due to my husband being told not to advise them what looked bad. The supervisor informed us he needed the remainder of the monies owed before the completion because he had to return rental equipment. Needless to say they told us they needed more money to finish the project and the project was never inspected by anyone prior to what was supposed to be a professional job. Very dissatisfied and the company refused to discuss our situation. I so hoped to have a good experience however not being at home because I work I was unable to give my input because the owner did not meet me as promised.

"We did exactly what was outlined in the work orders. The customer only had us REPAIR this fence not rebuild it. We never said it would look like new, just that we would install the posts properly. If this customer thinks we were going to give her a brand new fence, all I can say is check your work order."

Deck or Porch - Repair
I am very pleased with the quality of material and the construction of my deck. We had a little differences as to the lay out of the deck but all worked out well. As it turned out my husband is well pleased with the changes. The crew working was excellent. You couldn't have asked for a better crew, they were experienced, hard working and very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

We hired IRG to put a new roof on our existing home. Bid was low but prices went up. 27 squares installed by group of foreigners in one day, and you could tell it. Our ridge vent was not installed right. EJ told us it would be 2 days of sun and would lay down, then said we had bad beam, then said would take 2 months to lay down. They came out twice but never actually fixed. Had 2 other professionals look at it and both concluded there was not enough nails put in ridge vent and would be $350 to fix right. IRG also charged us for a ridge vent they did not install. They will not return our calls.

I'm very happy I chose IRG. The man (Don) who came to do the work has a great work ethic. I could tell he actually cared to do a good job and I can tell he knows how to do gutter/roof/siding projects properly, which is why I had IRG come to do another project where we've had a leak issue. I CALLED TO REQUEST THE REPAIR AND THE SERVICE MAN WAS AT MY HOUSE WITHIN THE HOUR.COMPLETED THE PROJECT WITHIN A LITTLE MORE THAN AN HOUR. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED AS REQUESTED BEFORE LUNCH. CAN'T BEAT THAT!

The siding work was of good quality but trim removed was not replaced. I hired one of the people working for him to paint my house. He was fronted $1500 for materials and has refused to return the money or paint the house.

"Alan, this is an unfair review. First of all my project manager told you he would come by and look at the trim you were talking about. Second, you hired one of my subs behind my back to work for you after IRG was finished. I carry General Liability Insurance and workers comp on these people when I am under contract with you. You cannot hold me responsible for what a person does outside of my contract with you. We Always do what we say we will do! Im sorry you got scammed by this guy but you always need to check that who you hire has all of his paperwork and at least get a contract in writing. By the way, I havent seen this sub since."
