Ironwood NW, LLC

This company is non existent and a fraud. I have withheld my comments for 2 years now, but enough is enough. I paid Alex at Ironwood NW 15k, $15,000 and to build a guest house already partially done and to date, the only thing I have got over 24 months is, a simple drawing of the addition. That is it! I have tried and tried to have patience, but I keep getting pawned off to different people in the company, none of which have given me any substantive progress. Why? I guess I will have to take this corrupt organization to court to get one. I reported this to Better Business Bureau about 6 months ago, they got no response from them also. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I cannot believe they even have an online presence

Jesse was the foreman for our bathroom shower project and we are extremely pleased with his detailed work and his ability to communicate with us and keep us informed. I would definitely call him again to help us with a project. Once he started the project, he was here daily working on it and got it done promptly. When issues arose, or our input was needed, he was quick to loop us in and get our feedback. Our project was a complete demo of a leaking master bathroom tile shower system, repair of underlying damage from water intrusion, and rebuild and tile installation of the new shower. We are very happy with the finished product. The only subtraction of stars/points was that getting the project scheduled with the front office after we signed the bid and sent in our deposit, was drawn out over more than two months, with limited communication about what to expect or when to expect it. But, always when I was about a day from reaching out for an update, Ironwood would contact me first. In the end, we had about a half day's notice before our project started, but once it was scheduled, they started on time and worked on it diligently, until it was completed.

They were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They answered any questions we asked, gave us a time line of when things would be done. They do very good quality work and I highly recommend them for all your projects. We are impressed with the work they did in our backyard, and the painting of our house. They made sure we were 100% happy with any work done.

He is on time and did his job correctly.

This is a great contractor. In person communication with you is extremely. He takes his time and takes pride in his work. Always follows up to ensure I am taken care of. He really makes his homeowners feel comfortable and he is overly patient.

I had a pleasant experience working with the Ironwood team to repair some walls and floors from water damage on a 1970's ranch house. Alex was always checking in with me on the project, which was much appreciated, and Mauricio did an excellent job rebuilding the problem areas much faster than I expected. 10/10 will hire again, this time for kitchen counters!
