Arrived on time, was very nice, price was about what I was expecting to pay. I did have to do some walking around the yard with him to make sure all the sprinklers were working. He didn't automatically check all the sprinkler heads to see if they were actually spraying. He just ran the first few zones and was ready to be done. I would use this company again.

"Was under the impression we we're to address that the system was not functioning- from the information I was given. Did not know customer wanted to address additional issues. Nice customer, paid without hesitation additional charges needed to address additional issues. He even gave me some band-aids after a rogue piece of aluminum slit my finger open. Will work for customer again."

Positive: good service, friendly, respectful Negative: Pretty expensive for quickly installing inexpensive parts, some that I even provided.

"95% of the time an estimate is given prior to any work done. Customer has the opportunity to decline. Customer provided parts for additional work, above and beyond what was submitted I.e. Inspection of entire system, beyond what the estimate was submitted for. Even installed a couple of parts that he was not charged for. Will submit re evaluation to home advisor."

"Customer was cordial- I only met the wife. Trainee tried to perform task initially while I was out one day but could not complete. I returned the following day (Saturday) and completed in 10 mins. Trainee went way over time alottwd for this job and we honored the estimate given. Presented additional estimate for better controller- no response. Customer paid via check. Will work for customer again."

Matthew did a great job and was very reasonable in terms of cost. He showed up as we had arranged. He took time to perform a general assessment of the overall system,providing information and recommendations along the way. I learned more about my sprinkler system than I ever knew before. He also reprogrammed the sprinkler controller to make it more efficient,and showed me how to control the system thoughout the season with one simple change! FInally, he fixed the primary issue I was having the with the system, quickly and correctly. Overall, great experience!

Matthew was very reasonably priced compared to the other recommended contractors. He called when he was running only a few minutes late and then completed the work quickly. He was very knowledgeable even for an older system like mine and I will definitely use him again.
