Tony was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job repairing and cleaning our gas fireplaces. He provided detailed responses to our questions and went beyond the call of duty performing his service. I would highly recommend and request him for any repairs in the future. We are pleased with IRV's service.

We were very pleased with IRV and our repairman KG, on our recent shower drain leak. KG was very friendly, professional, and prompt in keeping us informed on all phases of the repair. We would certainly recommend IRV & KG to all family and friends.

Irv Plumbing was great to work with. Scheduling and response were immediate, the men were friendly and customer focused. They were punctual, and quick with the follow up. One ding was that their credit card processing (an HQ based function) was slow and clunky. I'd highly recommend the company for anyone with A/C or HVAC system issues.

He showed up on time, fixed the problem, and was polite. I appreciated the fast service as well.

We will not be using or recommending IRV in the future. It is really a shame because the two techs that we worked with were great. Jeremiah and Andrew were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did more than their fair share of work. The office staff and management, on the other hand, were frustrating and disappointing. I am sure that if no complications had arisen on the job then we would have been perfectly satisfied, but things did go differently than expected and there was abysmal communication between the office staff, management, and the techs. Ultimately, the techs are the only ones keeping this from a 1-star review. At one point we were provided completely incorrect appointment times and the job ended up getting delayed by a day because of the miscommunication between the office and the techs. There was also either no communication or quite late communication if the tech was delayed or not able to make it out, with all the unnecessary disruption to my work and family time that goes along with such disregard for the customer. Worse yet, the office staff spent most of the time unprofessionally blaming the techs for the miscommunications instead of solving the problem. There was one instance when an office staff member put me on hold to discuss matters with a supervisor and seemed to have completely ignore my complaint when she came back on the line to speak to me again. IRV needs to address its lack of administrative and customer relationship management skills.

I found them to be very professional and honest. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

Very please with the service

John Foster added canned lighting in LR area, and exchanged 2 ceiling fans for more contemporary fans and converted a HI tech outlet to a normal outlet. He is knowledgeable, decisive and easy to communicate with. I am pleased with electrical work done and will use him again.

They actually did multiple jobs for me. Installed 2 new toilets and installed a new air conditioner and a new water heater. Good job.

They did not do what was asked/requested. I requested a sewer scope & was quoted an amount for this & scheduled this. Instead, they flushed the toilet and listened, saying it sounds fine & scope would cost more.

I was left with a big hole in my kitchen wall that I had to repair myself. I had 2 week old brand new gutters that cost me $2,100.00 that were damaged when they went on the roof to string the new wires. When they were done with the electrical panel, they did not verify what switches were assigned to which room or appliance. They came unprepared and I was given no consideration and no discounts for their lack of vision. I was still charged full price. I will not recommend this company or use them again.
