Issac, the owner, personally responded & adjusted his schedule to help us. A prior workman abandoned this job leaving us w/ no way to shower for days! The office manager & owner s daughter,Lynn, explained our dire situation to her father & was very helpful. On Friday 4/5, Issac resolved the plumbing damage done by the incompetent prior worker, returned Saturday afternoon w/ Jose after the tile was installed & worked until 9:30 pm. He is knowledgeable, personable, & professional. I definitely recommend this family run & caring company!

The tile (Marcus) and the glass installer (Hector) were amazing but I would not use I run plumbing services again. Issac is nice enough but he likes to cut corners and try to sneak things in that was not discussed or authorized. He & I got into a shouting match in my drive was because he was trying to cut corners buying junk shower parts that were not part of the quote. Do not give him all of the money until the job is done correctly. Buyers BEWARE!

Working with Isaac and Marcus was a great experience. They converted the guest bath from a tub to a standing shower and it is beautiful. They also re did the shower in my master bedroom also great. I was impressed they started on time and worked everyday until the job was done! People like this are hard to find and I am lucky I did! Thank you guys so mush, Joan Mueller Tempe

Expensive.

Isaac and his team did a fantastic job on our shower and shower/tub update. Our new bathrooms feel like a spa and we couldn't be happier. We got several quotes before starting the work and iRun was the best - and we really like Isaac. He was great at communication, did the work quickly and the attention to detail was spot on. Marcus, who installed the tile, is a serious pro. Our tile is so beautiful and we talk about it almost daily (we love it that much!).

Isaac, Jose and Marcus was just wonderful. The only problem as with Floor décor but Isaac was on top of that. Our new walk in is just beautiful and so much easier for my Sister who is handicap to get in. God bless you and thank you Isaac , Jose and Marcus

Quote was pretty pricey for the work, we cut down the scope of the job to one thing only. Still a lot $$& just to clear a tub drain. It didn't take very long at all.

Isaac and company very courtesy, professional and savvy in the art of plumbing. No problem too big for them to tackle. I would select them again no problem.
