The inspection experience was excellent from start to finish. The inspector, Gary Isaac was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough during the entire process. Gary was very professional. Arrived on time and was very polite. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. He took pictures and did his job thoroughly including all major systems and appliances. When the inspection was completed he pointed out the issues he found and explained them to me so that I could understand. I received his report within 24 hours.

If I could put more than 5 stars I would! Since day 1 Gary and I had really good communication of the expectation of the inspection, and the report was detailed with recommendations and links to take care of the issues. He responded to my question right away no matter what method of contact I used (text, email, call) . Gary was knowledgeable and professional. I learned a lot about the property. The app he uses to share the report is user friendly and report was easy to understand. In addition my realtor was a little late to the inspection appointment and I truly appreciate his patience during that time. Thanks Gary!
