I called for an estimate. Ian was the only one who came with a mask. He emailed a proposal to me. We set up a time for him to come. He showed up on time fully prepared to do the work. He was knowledgeable as to what was needed. Was neat and clean. Will use him for some other jobs I am thinking about doing.

Called immediately to set appointment for estimate. Determined the cause of our leak and provided estimate while on site. Called a few days later and scheduled appointment for repair. Completed the work in one day. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable leaving him alone at my house while I ran errands. I would hire Ian again! In fact I have already discussed a couple of projects with him.
