Very professional job. They replastered our HOA pool, installed new depth marker inlays, installed 2 additional handrails, and converted our 1 drain system to 2 drains. The owner, Fenelon, stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and took pride in his work. They were in and out in a little over a week. Sent a person out the day before to drain the pool and to prep it. The following day 4-5 people came out to re-plaster the pool They done an excellent job. The owner came back the subsequent day to put the necessary chemicals in to start balancing the water. Pool looks great. Gave me instructions on how to maintain the pool to have a long life. I really appreciated all the input provided.

They did a beautiful job on the pavers and on the carpentry, and I would probably give them a 5 on that part, but I have several major issues with the retaining walls. Fenelon was great to work with, very prompt, especially on the quote, and as soon as the job was done, walked through the job and was in a rush to get the final check. I didn't suspect anything until several days later when we had heavy rain and the poorly graded dirt that they left behind the retaining wall started to wash right through the wall since they didn't fill the hollows with anything (let alone concrete or something to create a water barrier), and over the pavers in areas where they didn't build a wall. Even though I was quoted 1450 sq ft of pavers and 400 sq ft of wall, they came in closer to 1300 sq ft of pavers and 200 sq ft of wall, so based on what they quoted me, they should have been willing to build a lot more wall than they did. I tried contacting them several times, but never received a response... I think a major defect within a week of finishing the job is something the company should address, and in this, so far, they have failed.
