Just a wonderful experience! Fred picked up my computer and returned it to me after taking care of all the issues I had. Very knowledgeable and efficient. A pleasure to do business with.

Had a wireless /printer problem. The IT Guy arrived and was a very pleasant gentleman. I explained the problem however after an hour of trying he could not find or fix the problem. Not wishing to incur any futher expense I paid him for the hour and called another company who linked into my computer and had the printer up and running in a very short time. It was apparent to me that the ITIntegrity Guy was out of his depth and really did not know how to fix the problem. He was however extremely apologetic that he was unsuccessful but he still took my $40.

Fred Barnett has been taking care of all my computer needs for the past five years. He has done installation and repairs. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He also recently helped me find a new computer that exactly met my needs. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Fred has fixed my personal computer as well as my family's computer. He has excellent customer service and really gets the job done. The most recent service I received from Fred was a wireless network and modem setup. He gets the job done quickly and efficiently, and at an affordable price! I would definitely recommend Fred to any of my friends or family.

Mr. Barnett is efficient, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He s been saving my computers now for a number of years and I wouldn t call anyone else. He is courteous and really listens to you while you are explaining any problems. He has also set up new computers for me and I enjoy many months of problem-free performance until I mess something up and have to call him again. He's an all around nice guy and it's always a pleasure doing business with him. There is nothing he can't handle when it comes to computers.
