We love our new paver patio with columns and retaining wall. It cost more than we originally planned; but after seeing Kristi's great design, we decided that we wanted a patio that is more artistic looking and unique rather than just plain. The crew is very experienced and did an excellent job. The patio turned out beautiful. Jose, the owner, is very knowledgeable and gave us some great recommendations. In addition, we had to move some sprinkler heads around since the patio extends out further than the previous deck, but that was not a problem for the crew. It was finished just before the bad weather hit, so we can't wait to enjoy it when spring arrives.

Our job also included building a large deck along with a very large paver and retaining wall job, and they have been Great to work with. We thought the bid was a bit high at first, but now we feel like we are getting a very good deal! They are attentive to detail and always check with us to make sure of what we want at each step. ITM was not the cheapest, but their understanding of our needs, timeline and reviews (here on Home Advisor) was enough for our decision. We were constantly impressed by their knowledge and ideas, as well as their respectful, punctual and hardworking team. They left our work site every day absolutely spotless. They were fantastic with communication of details and when decisions needed to be made along the way. We had so many compliments from our neighbors about how respectful and kind they were when they were onsite. We got exceptional value for our investment. They were always open and honest if things were going to cost us more, so we could weigh the decision. They are true craftsman at their trade and don't just "do the project" but ensure it is done the best way possible.They stand behind their work and have continued to provide outstanding follow up after the work was completed. Our $40k project with them had added $100k in value to our home because of the design aesthetic they bring. They are the only company I will ever use for any landscaping need and they come with the highest recommendation I can provide.
