I Am Carpentry

Sam took a little while to get back to us. But once he did he stayed with the project to completion. He was easy to work with and did a very competent job. Would definitely use him again.

Our 12x14 deck needed repairs and I hired Sam of I Am Carpentry and made the right choice. Sam was very thorough, tidy and honest. The finished deck looks fantastic! We have other projects around the house that needs attention and I will hire Sam again.....no need to shop around for quotes.

Great carpenter. Professional. Fair. Kind. Competent. Would definitely hire again.

He was always prompt, answered all questions, and really saved us money!

We were exceedingly impressed with the deck project that Sam and his sons completed for us. The quality of the work was exceptional. Sam is a highly skilled carpenter and makes a great team with his sons. They were: reasonable with price, very pleasant, always on time, meticulously cleaned up each day before leaving, very responsible, always answered my calls, and very respectful of our privacy and property. It was a pleasure to meet Sam and his sons. We highly recommend Sam and would utilize I Am Carpentry again should another need arise.

Sam and his son Philip did an amazing job of design and build on our deck. It's beautiful and we are so proud of it. We have other projects coming up and we will hire I Am Carpentry, Inc every time. A quality job from quality people.

Sam and his son did a great job on our new deck, showed up every day and did the project at the exact cost stated at the start. mw

Sam, Phillip and Logan did a great job building our Trex Deck. Attention to detail is their hallmark. Very professional in every way. We were impressed by the way that each day they clean up the work area. No trash, etcetera is left on the work site. The price quoted is what I paid. No surprises. Sam runs a good crew of professional carpenters. Highly recommend! Nuff said.

It is always wonderful when you hire a Contractor who does exceptional work. It is even nicer when it is done quicker than what you anticipated. It gets even better when the Contractor has a better vision than your vision on a project. The ultimate hire is when the Contractor (Sam) and his son (Phillip) are truly the kindest, most caring people you could be blessed to meet. When I am having work done on my home, I like the project to be done quickly and to get back to a normal routine. That was not the case with Sam & Phillip. They bring so much happiness, love, and kindness to the job, that you miss their energy when they leave. Let's face it.....You can hire a contractor and get great work, but if you want phenomenal human beings on the project, then Sam & Phillip are the only people you will want to hire and will be happy with.

Sam did a great job getting our stairs rebuilt. Work was done quickly and we stayed within our budget. I definitely recommend them.

Sam and Phillip built a great deck and privacy panels for us in March and then came back and constructed an amazing pergola with cedar. It turned out great. The guys are so easy to work with and are real craftsmen. I hope to find an additional project for them to do next year.

Sam and his son are exceptional. They are the “easy button” that you push when you want high quality work from trustworthy individuals. They did a ton work on our remodel and worked seamlessly with our other contractors. I never questioned that they were experts and would do the job right. They exceeded my OCD expectations! I highly recommend I Am Carpentry. If you want quality work from a reliable company, call Sam!

Sam & Philip replaced the redwood planks on our deck with Trex. We are really pleased with the quality of the work they performed. They started the work on the date promised and completed the work to our entire satisfaction as scheduled. They were very tidy undertaking the work and cleaned up each day before leaving. They were also very respectful of our property and took great care to ensure that they did not damage any of our plants adjacent to the deck. Weâ d hire them again in a heartbeat.

Sam and his crew were awesome! Showed up early, worked late and cleaned up after everyday. Sam built our deck just how we asked and it is flawless! We had multiple quotes and nothing was close to the value and craftsmanship we got from Sam and his team.

Sam & his young men were absolutely great. They took care of everything expertly! They cleaned up as they worked & did not leave any mess behind when the job was done. The deck was expertly repaired and new decking installed. They were not intrusive but were friendly. I highly recommend I Am Carpentry to all!

Sam Tiscareno is a professional who completed my deck quickly and accurately.

Sam was easy to work with. Explained what needed to be done and was able to repair deck in one day.

Sam was available and able to tackle the job quickly and address the immediate needs. He was prompt and went beyond my expectations. Thank you!

Excellent job done in record time. Sam was a pleasure to work with!!

I relied on Sam's expertise & knowledge & ended up with a great deck! His breakdown of the project, the expenses & timing were spot on. I'll hire Sam back for future projects. Thanks again, Sam

Stays in touch throughout the project.

Sam is a very hard worker and he completed our deck in a timely matter. Delays were caused by materials on backorder, not due to Sam. We love the end result and we definitely recommend him to anyone with a deck project.

Sam did a great job and did a quick turnaround. I hired him to replace a couple rotted joists and he actually found and addressed more rot/damage than I had seen. Great communication. Would hire again.

Sam and his team were great. Quality of the work is exceptional. They finished project on time and definitely exceeded my expectations. I would and will recommend Sam to all my friends and family. Thank you for your hard work. We are enjoying our new deck!!!

Sam was a great partner in re-doing my deck. His prices are great, the workmanship is excellent and the job was finished in record time.
