I hired Ian for electrical service and landscape lighting for my Mom. Ian is prompt. His response time was impeccable. He is reliable. He makes great suggestions. He is extremely kind and he makes sure all parties understand the plan to address the issues.

The electrician did a great job solving a tough problem. He had to figure out why two rooms in the house had no power. Did a systematic search thru outlets and breaker box to solve the problem. He worked on it about 20 minutes, He was friendly and very pleasant. The cost could have been a lot more than it was because it was a non working Saturday. It was very reasonable.

Contractor contacted me immediately he was able to do the work in a timely manner he gave me a fair price. I had a little difficulty getting a bill from him but once I obtained the bill it was paid promptly and everyone was happy .

It took several days to obtain needed part. Once the part was obtained, it only took a few minutes to make the repair.

It took awhile to obtain the parts needed, and the first date the repairs were scheduled, Ian called to say the supplier ordered the wrong parts. Once the parts were in hand, we rescheduled the work and it was completed quickly with good results.

We had a large number of electrical items (installing new fixtures, outlets, light kits on existing ceiling fans, identifying panel box switches).
