Ice City AC replaced my entire duct system because the old one was completely deteriorated and outdated. I got 3 different quotes, and they came in with the best price by far without cutting corners. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. I had issues with my AC not cooling in Miami and found Ice City AC. They came out same day and diagnosed a dirty evaporator coil and condenser coil. They performed a full AC coil cleaning, including deep cleaning the evaporator coil and condenser. After the service, my air conditioner started cooling much faster, airflow improved, and the system feels like new again. What stood out is they didn?t try to upsell me a new unit. Called Ozzy because our A/C wasn't pumping out cold air. He was on the team that did the original install. He came within 2 hours and checked our unit inside the condo. After not finding anything wrong, he went to the roof to check the condenser. He determined that our refrigerant was low. He added refrigerant and our A/C is working again. Great service and super nice. Thanks Ozzy.

Don't trust this company, the reviews aren't accurate. Eriel and his helper overcharged and didn't do what they said they would, in fact, they did damage.

We have used 2 other HVAC companies and we finally have met a company who is honest. Which is hard to find in South Florida. 2 companies came and tried to sell a new central AC. Ozzy had his technician come over and changed two parts inside and outside and saved us thousands of dollars plus gave us warranty on the work. Reliable and affordable. Will be using them in the future and new future projects.

I hired this company. After reading the review, Horrible customer service fraud and overcharging: he broke my ac, then came back to fix it and overcharged me for an ac cleaning unit. Two weeks later, when my ac went down, he came and said we needed a new motor to charge us some more. We caught on and sent him on his way. Two weeks later, my uncle came to fix my ac and said there was nothing wrong with it; they just broke a pipe to change the whole ac unit. Please do yourself a favor and never call this company.

His customer skills at assuring us that he would be able to provide the solution in a timely manner was reassuring. I would highly recommend him. There were very promoted about there time and getting the job done and the pricing was very good it was reasonable because it happen at a time when it wasn't a pay f week and money was limited. I would definitely recommend ice city! It is a very small business and he came out personally to my home the same night I called to diagnose the problem. Only issue I had was a lack of communication but it was New Years weekend and he came out today (only a couple of days later than expected) and did an amazing job!! Hire these people! ⠤︠Very honest and knowledgeable.
