Spray Foam Insulation Installation
I n May of 2016 Mike did my spray foam insulation under the roof deck of the metal building I was finishing out as a guest house. The crew did the initial closed cell foam and then when I decided I wanted an additional layer of open cell foam, the crew promptly came back and did the second installment. Mike was true to his word and fair in his pricing even when I added to the job. I just recommended him to someone else and realized that I never wrote a review. So here it is!

The owner of the company was very helpful and informative about what was needed to do my remodel. He explained the type of insulation needed for my attic and walls. When they came they were very friendly and professional. They arrived early and they cleaned up after themselves when they completed the job. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the workmanship. Would highly recommend this company. They also checked back with me to see if there was any concern after the job was completed. Highly professional owner and wonderful company.

This man will tell you one thing and give you something far less, because when he gives you a quote it is only verbal, then when the invoice comes it is entirely different from the verbal quote. The quality and quantity of what was done is inferior and not done properly like he said it would be. What I was told was that we would get 2" of closed cell on the roof and 4" open cell on the end pieces of my metal building. We got approximately 1.5" on the roof and 1 to 3.5" on the end pieces. After I sent him a text message telling him how bad the job was all he replied was "can I come by and get my check". He was not concerned about the quality of work performed it was about the check. He also said that the job would take just a little more than 2 days and it took 6 days. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN EVER.

"Mr. Johnson, I will defend our work and our agreement regarding your project. Our original estimate was for a 2" nominal thickness. You asked if we could apply a different thickness that would "fit your budget," and we agreed to a 1-1/2" spray. I have saved all the text messages regarding this transaction including the insulting and degrading remarks you sent me. I also recommended you remove the skylights as they create unwanted heat. You chose not to do that and obviously regret that decision. Even after all the insults I called you on many occasions to see what we could do to make you as happy as possible. You continued to insult me and hung up during our conversations. Anyone else reading this review with questions about this situation please contact me and I can provide proof for your reference."
