Don't be fooled by the reviews posted on this site. Charlie, who says is the owner, installed a Heat Pump in my home and it failed 3 months later. I contacted Charlie and explained my situation to him and he took 2 weeks to call me back. Then promised he would come out to take a look l. 3 weeks later Charlie showed up and left his customer service hat at home. He simply turned on the system to verify it didn't work. Didn't check the gas levels or for any leaks. He explained he tool pictures and was sending it to the MFG and would get back to me. He didn't respond for over month and stated he had not heard back from the MFG. The temperature was in the 90's that week and I was tired of waiting, so I called a Licensed HVAC contractor, who came out the same day. He tested the system and found that the system had lost all of its Freon. He then pressure tested the system and found that one of the connectors that was used by Ice Air had failed and leaked all of the gas out of the line
