Very fast response time ( after hours) in a emergency situation. Cooling restored ( ac replaced) within 15 hours. Professional. Would recommend.

Aggressive sale tactics. I was told I needed a new indoor and outdoor unit on a 5 yr old air conditioner to the tune of $6,800. I got a second opinion and my problem was fixed for $125. Their service appointment cost more than that and they didn?t even fix anything.

Installers were in and out quickly. I just wish they had not taken my old thermastat with them, as it was only a year old. The sealing around the furnace and pipe around the ceiling was very shabby, otherwise good job.

I had been working with another a/c company for 15 years. I called them b/c something around the air handler smelled like smoke. They never called back. Iceberg was there in less than an hour. I needed a whole new unit and there was smut inside the handler, but it burned out...before it burned my house down. They installed everything that day and did I mention it was Saturday. Excellent, knowledgeable employees.

they came out when they said they would. when i had additional problems and came after hours. they also did emergency installation on a Sunday to fit our schedule.

I hired Iceberg to get advice and recommendations. The tech was very professional and advise me on the route to take and when. No work was done. I love the fact that he did not try to sell or fix something that did not needed fixing or replacement.

thorough and professional...I signed yearly maintenance agreement since they are open "24/7" for customers which is very important ! Only suggestion at this time is to be more responsive to phone calls from potential customers..

Iceberg Air Conditioning replaced our air conditioning yesterday. We were very impressed with the work ethic of all of their employees. They worked very hard to finish the job and stayed beyond normal hours to make sure it was. They had to work in an attic that was almost 160 degrees in the afternoon, an almost unbelievable task in my mind, and yet they managed it, and did the job well. When they ran into problems, they figured out how to fix them and did what they needed to accomplish it. They cleaned up all the mess made and hauled away all of the trash and old equipment. They were respectful, nice guys. Cudos to all of them. Our house was cool and comfortable within a couple of hours after they finished the job. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks!

After contacting 2 other companies, I decided on Iceberg and I'm glad I did. From scheduling to the finished project, this company was professional throughout the entire process. After 18 years, it was time to replace my old unit as well as the air handler. The techs arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. A+

Mike, one of the owners called me personally after I called with a problem a couple of months after installing my system. His call was prompt, professional, and courteous. The service technician he sent to address our concerns was quick to respond, called twenty minutes prior to arrival, and once he got here did a thorough, professional job checking for deficiencies and correcting them completely. When he was done the technician took extra time to explain everything he had done in easy terms my wife and I could both understand. I would highly recommend this company for any air conditioning or heating problems you may have.

Was able to come to my home same day - which was appreciated since we had problem over a week. Explained everything they did, and if any additional work needs to be done, went thru "why" - so no surprise, very up front. They were both very nice and very professional - glad I found this business.
