Edward was very personable, and professional. He was very thorough and educated me about what he found during the inspection and why it possibly happened. He went above and beyond in my opinion. It is very oblivious that he enjoys his job and enjoys teaching his clients how to better maintain their HVAC. I would Happily hire him again and recommend him!!

Edward was not only quick and effective, he was one of the nicest repair pros I have ever dealt with. He was really good to explain what he was doing and methodical about fixing the problem. It turned out the issue was a much easier, less costly repair than what we originally had expected. He was very honest and his work came with a warranty. Highly recommend.

Get people with better service

I was very pleased with the quick response and repair of my AC unit. It was great he had the house cooling within a half hour of him being there.

Very nice people

Ed came out and repaired my heat pump on very short notice. It was a little expensive but I am not familiar with the cost of a/c or heat pump repair cost. I would definitely use ED / Ice Hot again.
