Icon Construction recently completed a full remodel of an older two-story home our team purchased Fresno, CA (Tower District area). Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to delivering outstanding results are truly commendable. Any concerns or questions were promptly addressed, and they made sure we were completely happy with the final result. Most importantly, the project was completed in a reasonable timeframe and did not go over the agreed upon budget. If you're considering a remodel for your home, look no further. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Having lived in our home since 1980, my wife and I decided it was time to freshen it up and modernize. Thus began our search for a contractor to assist us. After discussions with three contractors, we selected Icon Construction & Design for our remodel, and we are so glad we did. Having had trouble with various sub contractors in the past, we were cautious in our selection process. Those concerns were quickly put to rest upon meeting with Nick, and later owner Casey. Nick walked us through the entire process, and we had a group meeting with Casey, Nick, and our project manager, Mike, to lay out the entire scope and timeline of the project before starting. They were patient, allowing for our numerous questions and were more than willing to make adjustments to our needs in scope and timeline. That flexibility was key to assuring us that Icon would do the job we wanted. Nick introduced us to Jen, Iconâ s decorator assistant, and both assisted us in all of our product and color selections. Once the project began, Mike guided the project and literally held our hand throughout the entire process. Mike always went above and beyond to make sure that any questions or concerns that we had were always addressed. You could not ask for more from a project manager than Mike. He was on speed dial for us always. We got a message weekly to outline what was happening each week, then daily to give us specifics of times and details for the next day. We were never surprised with that quality communication. It was quickly apparent to us that a good deal of care went into selecting the subcontractors that were used on our job. A grateful shout out from us goes to Brian, Jesus, Steve, Matt, Justin, Casey and their teams. They were all top notch, experts in their field. We lived in our home during the remodel, which touched every room in the house. They were so considerate of that fact. In reviewing Iconâ s work, we found them to be professional and trustworthy. Their work was of high quality, and they did exactly what they said they would do and more. Unlike some of the horror stories that we had heard about contractors that did not satisfactorily complete jobs, or walked off the job entirely, they completed the job with the same level of enthusiasm and energy as when they began it. Icon remodeled our two bathrooms in October 2018. There were parts of the project that went very well but a few parts that did not. We are still having issues but we do not feel comfortable speaking to Icon about the problems.

Hired Icon in late 2018 to relocate a hall bathroom and add a new bedroom and laundry room. The entire process was smooth with only a couple minor issues that were mostly resolved. We asked them to come back for the master bath remodel but unfortunately we couldn't agree on a cost so I went another route. It's been over a year now and I love still looking at the bathroom and laundry room, their subcontractors do quality work.

Nick is the remodel consultant. Jenn is the designer coordinator. Tommy is the Project Manager. All are nice, professional and patient. A group text was set up once the work was underway. Jenn was helpful with design and color selections. Tommy is very professional, skilled and responsive. Every day he would report on the days progress and would let us know the schedule for the following day. He takes each project personally - he does a thorough check of the work. And if something is not to his liking, he makes sure the work is done right. The crew/ subcontractors (plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter, tiler, cabinet guy) are all so cordial and professional. They showed up on time and always cleaned up before they left. Kitchen turned out beautiful.

The workmanship and coordination of the job is beyond fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome.

Thank you Icon Construction for making my dream kitchen come true. I would definitely recommend team Icon. Everyone involved was extremely professional. The quality of work surpassed my expectations. Special thanks to Tommy, my project manager. Mountain View Drywall, Steve's Electric, CR Quality Painting, Valley Flooring, Above All Plumbing, Finebuilt Cabinet Solutions, Brian and Cody, and Granite Mountain, Nick and Jen for getting this all started and seeing my vision. If you want efficiency and cleanliness don?t use them. Sloppy work, they removed walls and shelving without putting up plastic barriers nor covered furniture in the room. Fine dust was sent everywhere through the house. They did not cover hardwood floors though I asked them to cover while doing ceiling work. I was told not to worry as the ladders had rubber covers on the feet. Yes I later saw all the fine rubber grip teeth marks from the ladder in my floor. Foot print marks on the furniture. Dirty hand prints on doors. The start date was postponed by them and I had arranged for time off from work to be at the house. So they started on a day I worked and after complaining they put up plastic barriers to contain the debris and covered the furniture. Kind of late. They removed drapes and threw them outside in the garage on dust covered freezer. They only seemed to be concerned with their installment payments. A window was initially estimated to be replaced but could be repaired. No adjustment in cost was made until I said something. There was a two week delay in project because measurements were incorrect on a vanity that had to be special ordered. So lived with construction in progress instead of waiting for new vanity to be made as they did not discover their error until after demolition had begun. I could go on with more but will not.

Great company! They go above and beyond to give you what you wanted. Tommy was especially great! Everything was done very professionally and on budget. Can’t wait to do more work with them.

It was a very pleasant experience working with Chris, John, Mike and Casey. My kitchen remodel is beautiful. It was completed on time and in budget.

It was a total pleasure working with Icon Construction. I had a 60's kitchen that I needed updated and updating of my bathrooms. First thing was the honesty by Chris, the designer. He helped me decide what needed to be done and how to stay within my budget. His design created a beautiful working, modern kitchen for me. Next came the work and the foreman, Mike. Mike is the best, listened to concerns, fixed problems that came up and made sure work was being done and done well. He kept the lines of communication open always and kept me in the loop of what would happen next. If I had a billing question or a contract question Clint answered me swiftly and politely. Everyone working on the kitchen and bathrooms were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I really can't say enough good things about Icon Construction. They were truly awesome and I am so glad I found them. I highly recommend them.

What a pleasure to work with this company! From the top down, everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable of their individual crafts, and all of them shared a strong work ethic. The work was so well planned out that we had very little down time. From demolition to finish work, TWO bathrooms were completed in 42 days. This is definitely a 5-star review and recommendation.

Everyone on the ICON team were courteous, professional and bent over backwards to get things completed to our satisfaction.
