Iconic Build and Design

Iconic Build and Design handled our home renovation with an incredible level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. From the very beginning, Gene was courteous, responsive, and genuinely committed to bringing my vision to life. He listened to my ideas, understood what I wanted, and made the entire process feel collaborative. What stood out most to me was Gene’s communication and dedication. He was always available when we had questions or needed guidance even taking a FaceTime call while he was on vacation to help me work through an issue. That level of service and commitment is incredibly rare. Every team Gene brought into our home was professional, respectful, and treated our home with care. As the woman of the house who had a very clear vision for our renovation, I especially appreciated that I always felt heard and respected. I never once felt uncomfortable speaking up about what I wanted or what I didn’t want. Gene and his team listened, communicated, and worked with me to make sure we were happy with the end result. I highly recommend Iconic Build and Design to anyone considering a home renovation or improvement project. Perhaps the best compliment I can give is this: we are moving into a new home, and Gene and his team will absolutely be coming with us. We already plan to use Iconic Build and Design for additional projects in our new home. There is no greater endorsement than repeat business, and they have certainly earned ours!

We used Iconic Build and Design for a renovation and had a really good experience. Communication was solid throughout the project, and whenever we had questions, they were quick to respond and explain what was going on. The work came out great and you can tell they care about the details. Like any renovation, there were a few things that came up along the way, but they handled everything professionally and kept the project moving. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely use them again.

We used Iconic Build and Design for a kitchen renovation and had a really good experience from start to finish. They helped us work through the different parts of the project, kept us updated on what was happening, and were always quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed clarification on something. The kitchen turned out great, and we were really impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Everything from the cabinetry and countertops to the flooring, paint, and finishing touches came together really well. You could tell they weren’t just trying to rush through the job and move on. The team was professional throughout the project, communicated clearly, and kept everything moving in the right direction. Overall, we’re extremely happy with how the kitchen turned out. It feels like a completely different space now, and we would definitely recommend Iconic Build and Design to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.

What has always stood out to me about Gene and the team at Iconic Build & Design is the way they approach their work. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the finished product are increasingly hard to find. Too often in construction, the focus seems to be on maximizing the value of each individual job. Gene and his team take a different approach. They care about doing things the right way, producing something they’re proud to put their name on, and making sure the customer is happy with the end result. I’ve trusted Iconic enough to refer many of my own customers to them, and that’s not something I take lightly. The way they conduct themselves, communicate, and follow through has given me complete confidence in recommending them to the people I serve. That means a lot to me, and it’s why I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gene and the Iconic Build & Design team.

The finished kitchen looks amazing, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care they put into the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a remodel!

We had our master bathroom and two spare bathrooms redone and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! Everything looks amazing and it was such a huge difference from before. Everyone was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We are looking at getting our kitchen remodeled in a few months and they will be who we call.

Iconic Build and Design did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and creating the open-concept layout we wanted. The difference is unbelievable—the entire space feels bigger, brighter, and completely transformed. The team communicated with us throughout the project, handled every detail, and the quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Iconic Build and Design!
