    First called Allen on a Monday, he was here in Estes Park the same week on Thursday. Said he'd be here between 2 and 4 pm and arrived promptly a little after 2. Immediately began checking the outside of our home with a telescoping mirror and identified several points of entry for mice. He used a special product to seal all holes and even offered to come back four weeks down the road and build us a new crawl space cover -- amazing! Very reasonable price as well - he knows his stuff and is honest and friendly, with no pressure at all . We are so thankful to have this problem resolved and would recommend him very highly to anyone -- thank you, Allen!

    Our community pool house roof Gabel was damaged by raccoons trying to gain entry. I contacted Allen to set up an inspection. He explained what steps would be taken and the fees involved. Traps were placed on the roof and monitored for activity. One non-lactating female was captured and released. Allen proceeded to cover the entry area with paper and monitored for 2-3 days to ensure there wasnâ t any new activity. Then as we discussed previously, he placed a metal mesh screen over the opening to prevent future attempts at entry. Allen was contacted 2 months later as concerns surfaced regarding a dead animal scent in the menâ s restroom. His colleague Matt came out the same day, gained access to the attic area and did a thorough search. Thankfully, it yielded nothing but the bathroom habits and slight damage to a vent caused by raccoons. We received a report from Matt detailing his findings for our files. This was a quality assurance visit at no charge. I highly recommend Allen and his team at Iconic Pest solutions.     Turned out to be a racoon and 3 babies in the chimney. Allen worked me in the next day and even checked the roof area for any openings for bats as well and sealed an opening. MSU need to try several methods before the racoon leaves though!
