Isaac was very responsive in getting my lawn mowed as soon as possible. He did a good job, and takes his work very seriously.

He was there on the day he was suppose to be there. The lawn looks great. Will consider using him again, should the need arise.

I was really impressed how soon I was contacted after I put in my request for a lawn service professional. I received a reasonable quote. I hired them to start cutting my grass weekly in April. They started today and did a great job. My yard looks great just in time for Easter?. Thank you IC Property Services. Update as of 06/08/2026: I hired this company for weekly lawn service. The first mowing went well, but communication and reliability quickly became issues. On multiple occasions, my lawn was not cut as scheduled, and I had to contact the owner to find out why. He never communicated delays or scheduling changes in advance. Most recently, only my front yard was mowed. When I asked about the backyard, he said he needed to repair his mower and would return to finish the job. He never came back or provided an update. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to poor communication and incomplete service.

I asked for a yard clean up including the leaves and twigs. He charged $ 450 to do the job. There were leaves all over the place including twigs and such and he never picked up anything off the front lawn. He was abrasive and said that this only include cleaning the beds.

My house and driveway were snowed in. My wife couldn't get her SUV out of the driveway. I made contact with this business and they were out on less than teo hours and got straight to work. They cleared our entire driveway and sidewalk from the street to our porches. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this business.
