I had to contact the managers frequently when they promised to be there and were not.

Double talk on damage whether to pay or file claim on homeowners. $2900 for a 6x3 area. My contractor who recommended them thought it would be $1500 job, that was indicated so very shocked by price. Workers 2 hours late. Asked for explanation of price got a voicemail called back to talk in person never got a return call. Very unhappy customer!

    Response from Company:

We are shocked that we received this rating from Rebecca. We were very transparent about the price range and stayed within it. We also talked to her several times after we had completed the project. So we are a bit confused about this rating.

Professional and really nice guys. They did what they told me they were going to do. They were prompt and efficient. I would hire them again in an instant.

I had a home disaster. A leak in the upstairs bathroom caused my ceiling to collapse. I had to replace ceiling, tile, floor NEEDED TO BE REDONE, INSULATION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. It was a job which required them to work with homeowners insurance. They did a great job. It was difficult and took six weeks. Considering the circumstances, they made it easy. They got good subs and if they did not like the outcome of the subs work, they had them do it over. They helped me work with insurance and did a lot of communication for me. They were reasonably priced

The guys were really nice and explained everything. We ended up needing a new septic system, and they worked with us so we were back doing our tons of laundry and dishes about 3 weeks from initial pumping to finish. Would recommend them again.

did not communicate very well regarding cost as the job went along. When I asked for an invoice to submit to insurance, it was like pulling teeth. What they did submit after threatening to report to BBB, was something that could have been submitted when requested. Workers were nice, but communication between workers and management was poor.

Terrible customer service. Cannot show up when they say. We moved our furniture four times before they actually showed up. They did not complete the actual work they were hired for and caused way more damage then they fixed. Everything had to be re done or re fixed. Then he came after my home when he did not get paid for his estate even though he was paid for his time and supplies. Absolutely horrible experience!

    Response from Company:

Julie is a customer that would never be pleased.. We came on a Friday to perform taking out sub-flooring and repair a wall that had dry-rot and a small amount of mold. We made a game plan to jack up part of the house and repair/replace the parts of the effected area. It was discussed to leave brick on the front of the home untouched. We preformed nearly all the work as the estimate outlined. Towards the end of the work for the day, nearing completing the job, she asked us to look at another part of the home that had a similar problem. We directed our focus on this other problem. With permission we removed sheet-rock, insulation and exterior brick wainscot to evaluate and diagnose the problem. Time would not let us move forward and we discussed contacting her on Monday to let her know when we could return as we had appointments already. With a small amount of texture and final touch up on the original project we left. We called Julie towards the end of the work day Monday to let her know if the schedule we were working on would fit hers. She informed us that she didn't want us to come back and she would like a bill for the work we had preformed. We sent the bill for the $2850.00 that included subtracting what we hadn't completed and a small amount for the demo and time on the unexpected extra work added. The amount stayed the same. We received a check in the mail for $313 and an out line of why she was paying that amount. We placed a lien on her home and are about to take her to court to protect ourselves.
