I generally don t write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond or is really horrible :) FA deserves a review. He was one of the most personable professional pest company I have used. He didn t just come do a job and then move onto the next. He really cared 100% about the outcome as well as keeping me very informed along the way. He texted to keep me updated and to schedule follow ups. He was very quick to respond. He definitely cares about his clients! Big plus he didn t push a yearly contract or service on me like all of the other big companies do. I will be using FA from now on ( I have used several other pest companies). Note: I called about a hornets nest the size of a basketball and a spider problem. He came and did the inspection and found a wasp nest the same also the size of a basketball. No more wasp, hornet or spider problem!!!

This guy (who will not even give out his name) only goes by F.A. does not tell the full truth up front. When I called to have him remove birds from an outdoor vent, I took great care to make sure he would also mitigate the bird mites that had infested and were now crawling inside through the bathroom fan. He assured me that he would, not only over the phone, but when he arrived as well. After removing the birds and installing a screen to keep them out, I asked him about spraying for the mites. His answer was **now that the birds are gone, they will leave or die within a few days because they have no host** A week later they were still crawling all over my bathroom ceiling. Furthermore, vent screen did not fit properly, and he brought this to my attention saying he finally got it to sit right, and he would be back in a week to check and make sure it stayed put. He never came back and it popped out. After several attempts to reach him, I finally had enough of not being able to use the bathroom comfortably and bought a special kind of bug bomb that specifically kills bird mites. You cannot buy them at local/famous home appliance stores. Had to order online and wait another three days. Finally, took care of everything myself. $150 to remove a family of birds, I could have dealt with myself. I am guessing he does not give out his name because he knows he does half the job and skates. Avoid F.A unless you enjoy being lied to, paying good money and then doing the job yourself anyway.

I would of responded and took care of the problem.So I never had a opportunity to address his concerns. As for my name F A that is what I use as my first name. Been in business almost 12 years. This was the most negative review that I have ever received.I believe the customer was very frustrated. It shows me in a very negative way, I don?t avoid fixing my mistakes. As for future customers reading this review you will have to make up your own mind. But is it fair to receive such a negative review, when I did not have a opportunity to return and fix the problem.

I had a birds nest with a dead bird deep inside an exhaust vent on the side of my house. I needed it removed immediatly and they came out that day and got the job done. Very professional and explained everything he did in detail. I would highy recommend.
