Brighton construction services recently completed our basement remodel. I canâ t tell you how happy we are! The owner, Randy, takes great pride in what he offers and it shows. His employees were great to work with and very reliable as well. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We were impressed by how clean the entire project was and how they took great care of our home every day. We highly recommend Brighton Construction Services, LLC. Thanks to the staff for everything. Our basement remodel is beautiful and already adds value to our home.

I did extensive research (aka Angie s, BBB, Google, Home Advisor, etc.) when looking for a contractor to hire to remodel my Gameroom (which included turning a 1/2 bath into a full Bathroom, integrating a Bar and installing a Fireplace along with other Electrical and HVAC work) and after interviewing and getting estimates from half a dozen companies I selected Brighton Construction Company due to their thorough and straightforward quote and the open and honest approach that Randy Iddings, the owner took when presenting and discussing it with me. They were prompt and on-time every day showing up at 7:30am ready to work and putting in a full 8-hour day throughout the entire length of the project and they worked through all of the COVID restrictions and always over-communicated so that I was aware of exactly where things stood and what the next steps were. They also consulted with me on all of the decision-points that are part of a remodeling engagement and provided many great recommendations such as the fireplace which turned my previous dark and dated Gameroom into a bright and beautiful modern Gameroom that I am very proud of and will use extensively. I am very thorough and picky when it comes to hiring contractors to work on my home (and providing recommendations) and am thrilled that I hired Randy and Brighton Construction Company as they did everything they promised (and then some) and gave me great value for the money I spent on this Gameroom remodel. Hire them and you will be glad you did!

Would highly recommend Brighton Construction Services. We had our basement finished. The workmanship was excellent. The workers were on time and followed through on everything they said they would do. Randy communicated with me daily on what work was being done and what access he needed and when. By far the best contractor I have worked with.

Such an amazing job done by Randy and his crew (George and Dave). Very professional and nice. The workmanship and skills these guys have are by far the best I've seen. We couldn't be happier with our basement. We were sad to see them go! Thank you guys for an awesome experience and a great job done!

My husband and I wanted our basement redone into an in-law-suite and contacted Randy. An appointment was set up within a couple of days. After reviewing our basement we received an email within 2 days with a proposal of what needed done and the projected cost and timeline. As we added on to work we wanted done we received an update of costs. Randy is very knowledgeable about construction and details of basements. He explains clearly what each stage of the construction is and includes you in the details of the decisions. He is reachable and returns calls/email in a timely manner. He is very easy to talk with and answered our many questions with patience and respect. Randy knew exactly what our basement needed to take it from basically a storage area to a beautiful, comfortable, updated suite which included a bedroom area, living room, kitchenette and pantry, full bathroom and storage areas. His crew was polite, professional, and punctual every morning. George mainly worked with us and was very professional in the quality of his work and cleaned up every day. Randy and his crew maintained the projected schedule mostly on date. We had extended the time a couple of weeks by adding some projects. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality and timeline of the work done. We felt that we could trust this company and had complete peace throughout the entire project.

For those considering a finished basement or remodel Brighton Construction is absolutely a company worth investing your well earned money. Great value, knowledgeable owner and crew, and excellent work. People go on these sites all the time and read the posts and are still left worrying if they should or shouldn't. I know because I did the same thing. We contacted Brighton Construction for a finished basement. I was contacted right away and a onsite visit was scheduled. After meeting Randy I instantly knew this was not his 1st rodeo. He knew what needed to be done and communicated that message. We felt the craftsmanship and rate of work be completed warranted us asking if he could also remodel our kitchen. Again, Brighton Construction delivered exactly what we envisioned. My wife and I could not be happier with what we received. Take my word Brighton Construction can handle any job, provide the necessary follow-up, and complete the job timely.

I had never done a major remodel before, and didn't know where to start. Randy explained everything in detail. I was still a little confused during parts of it, but Randy explained everything as we went along & was very willing to make any changes that I needed. His crew is fantastic. They are professional in all ways & do great work.

We were very happy with BCS. They always responded immediately, had a design very quickly, and offered suggestions. The work was also well done and done exactly as planned.

Randy is very experienced and as he says "has literally installed everything". The first time I met with him, I knew that he knew what needed to be done. I relied on his expertise to get me through the renovations and my basement is beautiful. His crew is professional and left the job site clean at the end of every day, and it was spotless when they finished. You can't find anyone more experienced or easier to work with. I would chose B.C.S. again with no reservations.

We could not be happier with the job done by Brighton Construction! My husband and I felt like we hit it off with Randy immediately and knew from all of the contractors we met with that he was going to do the best job. He did not let us down. Dave, our foreman on the project, was amazing. He was always polite and courteous and made himself available to help with anything we needed. The crew was on time every single day, they kept everything neat and clean and they were helpful with suggestions when we needed them. Always available by phone or in person, Randy kept the project on track and on budget. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will do whatever arm twisting necessary to have them back to work on other areas of our home!

From the initial phone call to the final walk thru Randy and his crew were nothing but professional, clean, courteous, etc. He took time to walk me through each step of the project. Randy and Dave did a great job on our basement. Randy's extensive experience with basements helped with early design decisions and considerations that proved paramount to the overall success of the project, and one that truly maximized the space in our basement. We hired this contractor to remodel a section of our basement to accommodate a treadmill and also build a workbench and cabinet storage area in another part of the basement. Randy was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew showed up on time every day and left the area clean and uncluttered at the end of each day. Attention to detail was outstanding. Brighton Construction Services did a basement remodel in our home and we could not have been happier with the work they did! They started the job and completed the job when they said they would. They were on time every day left the job site clean at the end of every day. Simply the best. I have used them for the last 7 years. They converted a back porch to an amazing sunroom, redone my upstairs bathroom, knocked a few walls down and opened up my kitchen and completely remodeled it, put in hardwood floors, built stairs and doors from scratch, installed a gas line to my backyard and does the most precise tile installation I have ever seen. No matter what I throw at them, they figure out a way to do it and it always looks 10 times better than I envisioned.

Can't say enough about Randy. I have hired many contractors, built 3 homes and Randy is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with.. Never thought i could finish our basement with 0 stress. But Randy made it happen. He is amazing !! Would use him again no doubt!! Excellent workmanship, on budget and finished when he said he would. Randy did things that were above and beyond for us. His crew can be trusted. They've been with him a long time and are very loyal. Randy has a strong work ethic and it's evident in the crew he uses. Nice to know you got good guys coming into your home every day. Great experience.

Brighton Construction is a top notch contractor with A+ work ethic. They completed our basement remodel within the allotted time frame and budget. Randy and his crew are awesome and a real pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and keep our little ones safe during the project. They were extremely meticulous and thorough. Randy communicated with us during the whole remodel project, every step of the way. The basement turned out great. We get compliments all of the time and have already recommended them to others. I would hire Brighton Construction again in a heart beat. I was honestly sad to see them go. I am already considering hiring them for future projects. Not only did they make our basement ideas come to life, I feel like we developed a friendship along the way. Thanks again guys! Randy was great to work with, his workers were great came on time everyday, cleaned up when done, the workmanship was excellent top quality work, the addition they added for us does not look like it was added to our home, looks like it was always there, we added more work to the original scope and Randy was very helpful to us and the job was still completed in the time frame. We would highly recommend Brighton Construction and plan on using them again in the near future. Thank you Randy for doing a outstanding job.

Randy is a great person to deal with. He listens to what you want and does not tell you what you want. He gives a price and deadline and sticks to it. His crew are extremly professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up when they left everyday. Overall the best experiance me and my wife ever had.

We were really pleased with all aspects of this project. Not only was the job done well, the price was reasonable and the contractor did what he said he would do, did it to the specifications we agreed upon, and completed the job when he said he would. We are please with the final project and are very comfortable recommending this company to others. We will definitely be calling Brighton again for future home remodeling projects.

You won't find a better contractor to build what you need and his customer relationship, is OUTSTANDING!!!. I can't say enough about my experience with him and his workers. My garage was started on time and finished on time. Top notch outfit. I am extremely happy with the garage he built me.

Brighton Construction worked with us and had no problem handling any small changes needed with the project. Workers came on time, cleaned up after they left and did outstanding work. If we would ever have another project we wouldn't even consider anybody else.
