Ideal Electrical & Plumbing Deals, Inc.

Him and his brother applied cheaper wiring to the entire house. Before closing they demanded extra money to sign off the job. Making excuses that DOB and other silly things. Be aware of surprises from them. One brother does plumbing and the other one electrical.

Prompt service, very responsive, great work and thorough clean up.

I was impressed with how quickly they arrived after I initially placed the request. The brothers were highly professional and completed the job exactly as they said. I will definitely call them again!

Jay was professional and courteous and resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. Would hire him again without question and highly recommend him!

I'm really amazed on how quickly and professional the work J did for me, without me being there. He installed flood lights and an external socket in the rain. The job came out beautifully and I didn't need to leave work to monitor him truly awesome. I'm definitely leaving his number on my cell for future projects and recommendation. Thanl you J.

Jay came the same day and resolved the problem within 1 hour (old wiring, needed new outlet). Answered all questions and reasonable price.

we had a outlet in the kitchen that got HOT when in use (as did the wall plate) ....we were afraid of a fire, so stopped using it....we found this company called Ideal Electrical & Plumbing Deals...we left our number, and made a appointmAs ent, the owner named Jay , called us, and showed up a 1/2 hr later, with his tools, he looked at the bad outlet, and he went downstairs, and killed the power, installed the new outlet, and in addition replaced the fan switch next to it at NO CHARGE ......his fee for the work was VERY reasonable, because of his EXPERT WORK we will DEFINITELY be calling his company again !!!! .................If YOU need QUALITY electrical work done, look no further, THIS company is THE BEST .......hire them, you wont be sorry !!!!

Jay was very responsive to my electrical needs. His pricing was very fair. He was a good communicator for making appointments and keeping them. I would hire him again.

Excellent professional quality work by pleasant electrician. Absolutely no wait for prompt response and efficient service!

I recently found out that I needed some important electrical upgrades to be done to my home and decided to use Ideal Electrical & Plumbing Deals. Not only were they affordable but they went beyond the scope of the work and ended up fixing something that needed attention at no additional cost. Jay and Awi arrived on time, finished the work before the projected time and actually came back to change the previous setting that I had requested on my motion detector system after I realized I would prefer another setting. I feel so much safer now that my exposed electrical wires have been taken care of. I now have functioning outdoor outlets, lights on the outside of the house and my circuit breakers have been upgraded to accommodate the electrical demands of my home. Jay and Awi worked neatly and quietly and cleaned up after themselves leaving my home and yard spotless. I am thrilled that I decided to go with Ideal Electric and Plumbing Deals instead of the other companies I had received estimates from. I have already recommended Jay and Awi to several friends. Jay and Avi are excellent and hard working, they got the job done late on a Saturday evening when we were scrambling to find someone on the weekend. They told us they are available 24/7 for any issues. We will be hiring them again. Thank you Jay and Avi.

They were available very quickly and got the job complete in a very fast turn around time. These were the first professionals I have hired in NY and was nervous, but they really did a very good job, while also cleaning up after themselves at the end. They did seem a little on the expensive side, but as it's my first time of hiring in NY maybe it's naivety on my behalf. All in all, I will be hiring them the next time I have an electrical problem.

Jay was very professional. He completed the work as discussed in a reasonable amount of time. His final price was as quoted.

I hired them to repair my doorbell and they were right on time. They did the job in minutes and were very professional. I definitely recommend them.

They were great. Very thorough. Great customer service. I was an emergency and they did a great job. Price I thought was reasonable to a little high. But I was also an emergency so?

Great, easy, second time using them.

prompt service

Great service

I found Shazi and Jay to be punctual, knowledgeable, and very responsible. The work was done in a timely manner, and there was great concern that I (the customer) was satisfied with the result of the work. I would recommend the Ideal Electrical and Plumbing Company to anyone . In fact, I have already recommended them to my daughter-in-law. Ann H.

They showed up on time, did the work quickly, and were nice to deal with. They were a tad expensive but I would use them again.

Superb in every factor: scheduling, professionalism, on time, thorough, explained problem, proposed solution, cost, got approval, did work, just the way it should be done, thank you very much!

Didn't fix the problem Tried to get him back and wouldn't come
