We love our new kitchen! We are new homeowners who have never undergone any renovations. Clay and Scott offered suggestions that saved us money and ones that really added to the style and function of the room. We have three bathrooms to renovate in the future and definitely plan on calling Ideal when we're ready.

They take longer than they originally say to complete a project

The company was very professional. Not only did the match my existing cabinets perfectly, but they were detail-oriented in making sure all was done to perfection. They put down mats so that the floor was not damaged. They cleaned up afterwards.

Clay and his company were recommended by a friend so we decided to give him a call. There was no pushy sales pitch or the feeling of being overcharged. Someone actually cared about the specific things we were looking for and brought us some great ideas we hadn't thought of. We felt at ease with Clay, as he was very honest with us and up front about everything, so we decided to go with his company. We are so glad we did! Our kitchen is small, so I'm sure this wasn't a big job for him. Clay never treated us as though we were a small job, with his attention to detail and quality craftsmanship! He was so responsive to the many questions we had and took the time to explain everything in detail so we would understand the process. When something would come up as things inevitably do with older homes, he would take the time to show us what the issue was and to describe how to best fix the issue. No corners were cut and we felt great knowing everything was being done properly.

These guys go above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for. Clay is generous with his time even before on-site work begins, planning the project and laying the foundation for success. Clay takes pride in his experienced craftsmanship and it shows in the finished product. The inevitable bumps along the way are handled promptly and without complaint. When I pointed out some minor thing that wasn't originally a part of the plan and required more electrical wiring, Clay did it without hesitation. Communication: phone, text, or email is a breeze. Pricing is fair and comprehensive. The entire crew is pleasant, respectful, responsive, and trustworthy. It was a pleasure to work with such a dedicated, professional group. I will call them again when it's time to make the rest of my house look as good as my bedroom and bath now do, and I recommend them without hesitation.
