Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
Failure to meet the expectations of the contract. They are reckless. They do not have the skill set to manage the project for which they bid.

"This customer is a liar who tried to low ball my company on a price-it is really sad. Original quote was for $1,700, but the job was actually more work than shared and they agreed to $2,300 for scope of work, but then homeowner added other work, then said only wanted to pay $1,500. The homeowner decided not to pay the full price contracted in writing."
