Ideal Renovations, LLC

James at Ideal Renovations is the best contractor Iâ ve ever hired. He was on point from the estimate to the finished product! He always kept me informed and returned or answered my calls very fast. I was never in the dark. The value for my hard earned dollars and the quality of the work from Ideal Renovations is a â 10!â I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a remodel. My condo looks like it went through a time warp! Thank you James and your team for completely satisfying my expectations.

James and his team did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen! The work was clean, fast and meticulous but most of all I felt safe and confident having them in my house even though my husband was deployed and I was alone with my 8 years old son. They were consistent, on time and I believe went above and beyond my expectations! James promised us the best kitchen of Bel Air and he sure provided it, my friends keep telling me that my kitchen looks like a kitchen in a Model house! So grateful we picked them! Thank you James, Kevin and the team!

My experience with James was amazing. He spent a lot of time with me and his recommendations for my deck were perfect.

James was very attentive to our needs, and very willing to work with restrictions during the pandemic. He dealt with winter weather delays and a new baby arriving with good humor, patience and great skill!

I love my Deck !! Quality Work

James (Ideal Renovations owner) made the process really easy. We wanted to work with someone who could listen to what we wanted and make recommendations. Me and my wife arenâ t interior designers. We generally knew what we wanted but it was James who made it a reality. We met with other contractors and he was the only one able to offer this. It was James and his employee Mike who did all the work. Most contractors use works and just manage the project. It made me comfortable to see the owner getting his hands dirty every day. He was extremely flexible. We wanted to make some changes and he had no problem accommodating us. Even with the changes James managed to finish our bathroom on time and at the budget we agreed to. The end result exceeded our expectations. Weâ re extremely happy with the work Ideal Renovations did and will definitely use them again.

James and his crew were very professional, paid attention to details and delivered outstanding results on schedule and budget. We would highly recommend and will use them again on our next project.

Very punctual. Did everything he promised. Easy to work with. We will use him again.

James did a phenomenal job building a trek deck front porch for our house. He had to align it with an existing front balcony. And it has transformed our house increasing the curb appeal and utility of the front of the house. It did involve some demolition which his team handled well and cleaned up nicely. Got finished on time and one budget. His pricing was fair and even on the lower range of the quotes we.received.

James did an excellent job and takes pride in the end product.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommended James and his tram to anyone. We were very satisfied with their services from start to finish. And will be using Ideal Renovations for future home improvements. Much more than a 5 star company. Craftsmanship is top notch, very clean work environment, prompt, and just truly a company that goes above and beyond for their customers.

James and his crew from Ideal Renovations did a fantastic job replacing our existing wood deck with Trex and installing a cable stainless steel railing. He made a lot of good suggestions along the way and was open to any ideas we had. We would highly recommend his company and certainly call him if we do any other remodeling projects.

Jay kept in touch throughout the process. Would definitely recommend his services and use him again. He followed through and built a beautiful deck.

James was great to work with! He is professional, knowledgable and very fair with pricing. So happy with my renovated dental office! We get compliments on the beautiful floors and tile work all day long.

James remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom and made our home look like it was out of a magazine. Everything turned out perfect. James was awesome to work with and always made sure I was happy with everything. I would recommend James to anyone, promise you will be more than happy!

James Hindel and the crew were neat, professional and did an excellent job on our 3 tiered deck. James is precise in all of his work. We will use the company again for our next house project. Very happy with the work.
