They are very good at what they do. We re-hired them after they did a job for us over last summer. There were differences on a this second job. If you use this company, I recommend: 1. Insist on a thorough, detailed contract that specifies ALL the details. Several things were forgotten, and later treated as ;added and as scope change. Could have been avoided with cleaner communication. 2. Specify in writing whether or not sub-contractors will be used for the job. During this second job, we had a couple of sub-contractors that were really, really bad. a. If sub-contractors are used, recommend specifying that a crew chief from Ideal be on site at ALL times. If needed, they should provide translation services. Our place was trashed when they left the site; sheet rock dust everywhere, floors to scrape, a hole in the wall to fix, lots of hard work ahead. They knocked off $2K. I would not do this amount for $2K. Bottom line, do not feel it was an fair solution. Learned a lesson.

The work Ideal Solutions did for me was done professionally and on time. They have an unbelievable attention to detail. They never took the easy way out and made sure I was 100% satisfied. In my experience ideal Solutions are not just carpenters they are craftsmen. Their communication was great and the project was done on budget and on time.

Best experience I have had with a home service provider. Job was performed well. And while there, a second unrelated problem was discovered. Chris rearranged his schedule so he could fix problem the same week. He replies quick, schedules quickly, and gets the job done at an affordable price. Will definitely hire again.

Chris and his assistant did a great job taking out the old slider and replacing it with a new one. They were efficient, neat, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner and within the quoted price range/estimate. A very satisfied customer!

Kitchen remodel

I recently had my bathroom updated which included new tile floors, toilet installed, new fixtures/ vanity, floor to ceiling tile in the shower and a fresh coat of paint!! The finished product came out better than I could have imagined! I recommend this company as they had good communication, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced! I plan on using them again in the future for miscellaneous work around the house!

Chris was honest, communicative, professional and knowledgeable. He has been around along time and has a wide variety of expertise
