Ideal Turf installed artificial grass turf in our backyard for a playscape. The job was done professionally from the beginning to the end. The Design consultant gave us good options for our project. The installation crew arrived on time. The installation was done nicely. The crew completed all the cleanup after the job. I would recommend IdealTurf!

I considered DIY, but after doing some research I decided to go with a pro. I wanted to ensure my turf warranty was maintained (15 yrs for turf and 1 yr on the work with these guys!), the job was done right, and I wanted it done THIS week! The cost was only about double what I could have done it for myself! This was a small job, 100 sq ft, so if you have a small job definitely come to these guys, most people won’t come out for under $2k, they will! After making contact Monday, I met the operations manager on Tuesday, and the work was completed by Wednesday at noon!!! They were responsive, fair, and lightning quick! I’ll be going to them again in the future!

Very bad experience. The installation was scheduled for 3 days and took more than 3 weeks. During the installation the crew would show up for a few hours randomly a few days during the week and then leave. Before the installation started I flagged the sprinklers with high hopes they would not get damaged. Wrong. Heads were broken and a few went missing during the leveling of the yard under the gravel (next to the drip line that was cut at a few places). After a week of unsuccessful attempts to fix the sprinkler system with electrical tape, leaking/broken pipes and controllers not functioning I was offered the choice to call a professional irrigation business to fix the damage. Once fixed, they continued with limited success to level the yard while I swept the front of my neighbors' house since piles of gravel started to accumulate. Meanwhile the installation had taken 3 weeks and grass and weeds grew back before the crew placed the turf in my yard. Consequence, the turf started to lift during the last 2 months and grass and weeds are growing through. Not to mention the backyard gate not opening. Finally, Easy Turf considerably overcharged my credit card. Admitting the error I was told they would correct the mistake which they never did and communication completely died. Update: Receiving this review, Easy Turf contacted me and sent a crew back to my house to address the issues I commented on in my previous post. The turf was leveled, weeds were removed and preventive treatment performed. The gate molding was reinstalled and Tim (the owner of Easy Turf) gave me a verbal guarantee to take responsibility for possible future issues based on the sprinkler system repairs. Additionally I received a check for the overcharge to my credit card.

Owner seems to be on the way out. Promise not kept, didn't show up to work and no notifications. Once they show up, worked for 2 hours a day for two days. Missed deadlines, quality of the work is unacceptable. Overall is a very bad experience.

"What this customer is not telling is he never paid for the services rendered and then wanted more services. To this day he still owes for the installation. We have contacted him numerous times to see what we need to do. One of this neighbors stated that he is out of the country most of the time. We will continue to try to make him happy and get paid."

Did a good job. They covered up a sprinkler by accident but came out immediately and repaired. The dogs just love it.

It is a great product around the pool because of the drainage. The chemicals from the pool do not harm the turf.

Very good job. A little sloppy in cutting the holes. Recommend they obtain a tool (like golf courses use) to dig the holes. Some grass has grown between the seams, but minimal and round up takes care of this. The drainage is excellent compared to other companies who do not have as many perforations in the grass.

I have two dogs and did considerable research and determined EasyTurf has the best drainage. When the project was completed the artificial grass looked better than I expected. My dogs are happy to. I would recommend EasyTurf

I am still trying to resolve the problems. They have laid 2 different colors of grass in the same srea. They buried a soaker hose, the type that attaches to a faucet, instead of reburying the soaker that was already there that is part of the sprinkler system. Seams were not taped. Old fence posts were covered over leaving tripping hazards. I am supposed to meet the distributiorships owner tomorrow. I will let you know what happens.
