They are great on initial install and awful at follow through and repairs. We found out that our turf was installed incorrectly and they will take no responsibly. They want full money down for work not even completed. They use random contractors for repairs and want full payment upfront. They are shady at best. Do not use.

Mark Adams showed us several samples of turf they install and answered all questions. We were very impressed with all the workers and how careful they were of removing decoration items before beginning the work. They consulted us at every step of the installation especially because of our sprinkler system and fountain in the area of installation. We have a perfectly, beautiful area well worth the price.
