Edit: Job Invoice 3111243 [Consumer Name Removed] Note: After multiple attempts in past two weeks, manager is yet to contact us. Review: Called to make appt. Asked how much it would cost to diagnose issue. Told no cost, techs would diagnose and then present with an estimate. At that time we could decide to have the work done or not. Techs (nice) said it would cost $413 to run camera down approx 60 ft of pipe and auger out blockage. NOTE: The access valve was already dug out and the other pipe was dug out and cut, by us. Techs had to make zero effort accessing pipes. Found blockage. After less than 2 minutes, tech said it would take too long , so they quit. Issued an estimate of $4900 to repipe. Still charged $413, although NOT REPAIRED. Diagnostics was supposed to be free. We presented them with site's 10% military coupon. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IT. He said he already applied a coupon without telling us. What?! Bait and switch! Hired someone else-repaired for $300. REFUND MIL DISC!

Amazing customer service from the sales and service all the way to the technicians that show up to install the unit. We did our research first on companyâ s around us and IERNAS kept coming up as the very best around. They are now the only company we will use for the servicing of our new unit as well.

I have at least 2 years of experience having IERNA handle my air work. This is the very best company, techs, staff, secretaries and customer representatives people who are great professionals and make really a great team who is nearly impossible to find nowadays, simply the very best. Today, Ray, a plumbing services tech from IERNA, fixed my toilet leakage and I am very grateful to him. I called to install a new first time garbage disposal. The estimate was the same price as quoted. Ray installed within 2 hrs and left everything clean. I would recommend.

Internal installed a fantastic AC unit at our house a while back. This estimate appointment ran late by two hours. Three days later they were early by an hour to diagnose. Why make appointments? today we had them called back to diagnose our french drain for 250 bucks. They tore the sheetrock off the wall in the wrong area, ignoring our advice about where the pipes ran and left a huge mess for me to clean and fix AND told me they do not deal with or fix french drains. What a mess. Even though Iernas seemed to be a reputable company in the past, nowadays you and all your acquaintances should forego Iernas (Lutz) services. This was a low blow to a returning customer who financed a ton of money less than a year ago.

Very responsive. Scheduled immediately on day of request. Price was a little high, but based on part cost, it was reasonable and needed to be done in a timely manner for home inspection.

Don originally came to give me the quote. Steven and Don were a tag team from heaven! They do excellent work. Efficient, polite and always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and all my needs were meant. I will never use another plumbing company again in Florida. They will be my "go to" plumbing guys. No one like to hire a plumber but the prices were reasonable and they did a great job. No complaints at all!

Make sure there's communication in what you need. Plumber was not clear on why he was coming out .

Technician did a great job, explained what was needed for repair, and had the right parts to complete fix. Will use them again if needed. Very happy!

They were a little late but called and got it fixed.

Quick, Professional & Friendly

$475.00 to change out the "guts" of the inside of 2 toilet tanks and I already had the parts, took the man less than 1 hour, very little of his own supplies and ne prequote as to how ridiculous expensive it would be. RIP OFF!

James was a confident and expert plumber. After speaking with him before the job, I felt confident in that my plumbing issue would be correct -- and it was. Thanks, James!!!

Maurice and James showed up from Ierna's and they were great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Told me exactly what needed done and didn't try to oversell me. The price they quoted is what I paid. They cleaned up afterwards and worked quickly. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them!

Both workers that showed up were very professional (other than arriving approx. 2 hours late since they didn't read their email, but they called close to the scheduled arrival time to let me know) and personable. I was initially calling them out for a quote on work it turns out they don't do, so I was surprised their company was the one that "popped up" on Home Adviser. Since we had plumbing work to be done, that's what we hired them for, since we couldn't hire them to remodel our shower since they don't "build" showers. Wish I had agreed to just the quote for stabilizing a toilet, as it turned out they found a broken "flange" when they removed the toilet, as that nearly tripled the repair cost, which I feel was quite high, but I agreed to the work rather than just taking the quote and getting a second quote from a different company.

Original call was to fix my jammed disposal. It was fixed but became very noisy. Within a week, one of the blades broke off leaving it unusable again. As I had originally thought the work was satisfactory, I hired them to do another job for me. The technician talked to me about a water softener which I was interested in and wrote up an order for a water softener that included the additional work I needed done. I gave them a check for $1000 as a deposit. The plumber never returned to do the work; however, I did receive a bill for the difference in the amount of the job. I emailed the company explaining that the work was not done and the invoice did not include any of the additional work that was to be included. I got no response, so I emailed them again asking for a refund of my $1000. That was on June 17th. Still no word, no refund. I guess small claims court is my next stop.
