Ignacio Landscaping

Very reliable and on time. They cleaned up after the work. You can tell that they take pride in what they do. I totally recommend this landscaper.

Ignacio is a professional and polite owner. He is prompt and does professional work.

Excellent job of removing large tree that fell and edging my yard

I am a very dissatisfied customer. This company provided the WORST customer service. I contacted the owner earlier in the day. I provided what I needed and asked for an estimate. Owner refused to provide an estimate over the phone. I explained that I needed my lawn and hedges cut today. He informed me that he would be able to complete the estimate and job later in the day. He set the time for 7 pm. 7 pm comes and goes and he is nowhere to be found. Trying to be understanding I forward a text around 7:30 pm. I receive a call back around 7:45 pm stating he was on his way. I say to him, it is rather late to cut the grass and he says not a problem. 8 pm comes and goes - no one from IGNACIO LANDSCAPING!! 8:16 pm and here he is. No apology for his lateness. Only inquires what I needed done. I am thinking to myself - you should know that. I provided that information twice before you got to my house. He proceeds to go around the house and comes back and provides the price and says he can do it on Monday. I look at him like he has lost his mind!! Monday??? The whole purpose was to get it done today. You are late already and then you have the nerve to part your lips with I cut Monday, I book tomorrow and can not on Sunday. Wow!! You have just wasted my time. Not sure how you obtained your good rating with service like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IGNACIO LANDSCAPING!! I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND IGNACIO LANDSCAPING.

I highly recommend this pro. The company has done an excellent job. Their customer service is very good. I highly recommend them.

Prompt, and did a very good job

Ignacio was at my property on time. very pleasant and efficient. He did a few extra jobs that I didn't plan. It took him 45 minutes. I like that because I had other appointments. I will call him again and tell my friends to do so also.

Very punctual great work done

Very good service and a very good job.l am very pleased with my lawn.

They were very professional

Contractor was prompt in responding to service request as well as in scheduling and performing requested work. Service was well done and contractor and work crew were professional and pleasant. Contractor did a final walk thru and immediately completed one area that had been forgotten to be addressed.

The gentlemsn never did the work. He went pass my home to survey the work and provide a price quote. I accepted his price and scheduled for him to come out the next day and cut the lawn. The person never shpwed up, lawn was never cut. Also he had a hard time committing to a time. Would not recommend.

The service and end result was excellent. We now have a front yard to be proud of. I highly recommend Ignacio Landscaping Services
