I Gotta Guy Appliance Repairs

I agree with him to make the job he came to my house to fix the job and replace it but nothing was fix and he block my phone number.

I hired I Gotta Guy Appliance Repairs to repair an icemaker that had stopped working. The contractor told me he had lots of experience with this make of icemaker so I trusted his judgement and recommendations. He came out a couple times and after paying him over $650 for parts and labor, I was told Ill just have to purchase a new one. I dont think its right that ive paid a lot of money for a repair just to be told to buy a new one. I dont think I can recommend this company at all.

I just want them to return my calls and fix my refrigerator as they promised, these guys does not know what they are doing. first a person came in and did not know what to do. he called his manager/owner of the company. owner named Steve, I believe came in. they so called said replaced the compressor and talked BIG things about I am doing this for long time, and I know this LG product always have this specific issue and I do not need to diagnose further. we believed on them as they were Angie Certified. next day a person supposed to come in to fill in the Freon. never showed up or no calls. after few calls and few days later, person came in and So Called said he filled in the Freon. fridge still not colling. they called LG direct and was advised to replace the board. updo this date, my fridge is still not in working condition, they took my money, and they are not even returning a call. they have blocked our all the numbers!

The Service pro showed up at my house without an appointment, I agreed for him to come in since he was already there but even though I paid him $300.00 my appliance was not fixed. I want a full refund because I had addressed him and given him a chance to come back and fix the appliance. Initially, he stated that he was coming but he did not do it, and now he is ignoring my call

I have paid for a motor and I do not have the motor and not receiving communication about the job status

He was prompt and showed up just a few hours after we posted the job. I cannot verify the quality of his work. He troubleshot our refrigerator and concluded the most expensive repair was needed - replace the compressor. We opted to buy a new refrigerator instead. He said the house call was $90, which seemed a little high to me, but it had been several years since I had an appliance repair done, so maybe it was reasonable. However, while I was gone to get his payment, he told my wife it would be $80 if we paid in cash. I came back with a $100 bill and asked if he had change. We went to his truck to get it, and he gave me a $10 bill. So he charged me $90. When my wife told me he said it would be $80 if we paid in cash, I felt like he had taken advantage of the situation and overcharged us. For that reason, I would not recommend him.
