Unprofessional Fraudulent company. I was assigned through a home warranty, but they gave false diagnoses to avoid having to perform the work ( but still get paid). DO NOT HIRE THEM under any circumstances

Never trust this company. They are not able to provide an efficient, timely, professional service. They haven?t being able to fix my tankless water heater for two months despite four visits by their technicians. They do not have enough technicians to provide a service in timely manner for critical issues. Hire them only if you don?t love yourself or your home or your property. Be prepared for lot of stress and frustration if you hire them.

Ikmar Plumbing was dispatched through my home warranty for a recurring kitchen sink backup. I clearly explained that a standard snake wouldn?t reach the blockage and asked them to bring a longer snake or another solution. I first contacted them on October 2, 2025, and the earliest appointment was October 7. The technician arrived with only a standard snake, which - as expected - did not fix the problem. He said they?d need to return with a hydrojet and collected $200 out of pocket from me, promising to come back. Since then, Ikmar Plumbing has no-called and no-showed two scheduled appointments, even confirming by phone before the last missed visit that the technician was ?on the way.? It?s now been two weeks without a working kitchen sink, I?m out $200, and the issue remains unresolved. Extremely unprofessional experience.

Great service

Installed kitchen facet. 12/16, on 1/25 informed them of poor installation. Facet is loose and almost collapses when using. Another plumber elsewhere said upon inspection it was not installed correctly. Parts missing. I called ikmar and was told to contact warranty for recall. In short, they don't care to come and install it properly. They don't stand by their work. Will be submitting pictures along with complaint to BBB and putting it on social media. Already complained to warranty company about the shoddy install work and lack of integrity to correct this.

Jesus installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal after we had replaced our existing countertops. He was on time and was very nice to work with. We will definitely use Ikmar plumbing in the future.
