ICO Construction

We just finished our long-awaited kitchen remodel and could not be happier. We were new to the process, so we contacted several companies for consultation . Many of these companies left us with more questions than we had before and no real direction about where to start. Richard of ICO explained the whole process in detail and made us much more comfortable throughout the project. He and his team were very responsive to any concerns we had along the way. We had our hall bathroom completely redone by ICO construction . We love the end product, and we loved working with ICO. They are a well oiled machine. We met with Richard, the owner, and he shared how his company works. They are all inclusive from design to builder to plumber to electrician to plumber to painter. This made the whole process seamless, and easy for us. Ilia, Tom, Tammy, and Elliot were all professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They were timely day to day, respectful, and the project was done within a month of the start of construction. We highly recommend ICO for your building or remodeling needs.

My husband and I engaged ICO construction to renovate our guest bathroom, which had been in use for 20 years. They did an excellent job. We were impressed from start to finish. The team is quite and professional. Every day, the crew cleaned up, and the lines of communication were always open. We are overjoyed to have a lovely new guest bathroom.

ICO remodeled our 1960's bathroom from the studs out. They did a fabulous job. The guys that worked on the bathroom were so professional and respectful of our home and our time. Eli&Rico did a great job! I would highly recommend ICO to anyone. We are certainly going to use them again to do our kitchen. Actually, we will never use anyone but ICO for any project on our home.

The communication was excellent from start to finish. The guys did an amazing job and were very professional. I love my new Hardwood floors!
