Theresa was responsive, punctual, and did a fantastic job cleaning my old house for the next owners. She discussed pricing with me and was transparent on what she would take care of during the cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

Great value and service. I was very happy with how quickly Teresa responded, quoted a price, and her availability on short notice. The work was done very well and in a short amount of time so it did not interfere with other things I had scheduled that day.

Called only a few days before the holidays in the hope of some help cleaning and Teresa came through big time! She came out early on the weekend and did an amazing job, and didn’t take advantage on price. Highly recommend!

At times I feel the work is a little bit rushed missing some fine details.

Theresa is a very pleasant person. Her conversation and wisdom is wonderful. However, she did not meet my expectations. She did not thoroughly clean the bathroom, didn't touch areas in bathroom, made swirls in mopping floors and dusting the furniture, she did not clean the hardwood floors, did not mop nor move rug at door in kitchen, same dirt there, did not wipe down the washer and dryer and other areas were not completed. She may work out and meet other persons standards but not mine. My standards are high and they were not met.

Theresa does an amazing job. First trip, she screamed bed the baseboards in my bathroom because bathrooms are bad in that way. She does everything with her own equipment and supplies, and even gave me daisies for client appreciation week (daisies are my favorite). But mostly, just once a month, and I am so much more relaxed. Working like no hours, it’s literally very to come home to a place that is fully well cleaned! And it stays that way pretty well (unless I experiment with cooking!)

Teresa was responsive and personable on the phone when getting a quote and discussing availability. She was able to fit my house cleaning in on very short notice, which we very much appreciated. She did a great job - bathrooms were sparkling, every surface was cleanly dusted and put back in place, and it smelled fresh and clean when I arrived home that evening. We will definitely use her again.

Really to talk to the people and find out how long they will be there an check to make sure everything is getting done the right way.I felt that she was all about the money more then wanting to get the actual job done the right way.She was in a hurry to get the job done normally a house cleaning should take 5 to 6 hours to get all the way clean not take 2 to 3 hours and then feel that your work payed off.

Homeadvisor was very slow to react to my request for service. However, once they did, the service provider was very, very quick to respond and was very accommodating.

Arrived promptly and did a wonderful job. She did a much better job than I expected and have received from others that I have had in the past.

I hired her to clean my 1500 sq foot house and she did a excellent job. She arrived 15 minutes prior, which was great so I could go through my house and explain everything I expected to be done. Her prices are very reasonable, trustworthy and overall wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone. I hired her for a biweek cleaning.

On time however, I had to wipe and/or dust window sills, glass globes on ceiling fans, glass table tops and bathroom lights after she left. I specified we have all wooden floors but she only wet mopped with water. Should have had wood floor cleaner or asked me to supply Bona or whatever cleaner of my choice.

She arrived promptly and did a thorough cleaning of the house.
