Nothing

Friendly and professional

I strongly recommend this company. The professionalism is OUTSTANDING. My technician knew exactly what he was doing and stayed in constant communication with me. If you re having any wildlife issues please call Illiana Wildlife first. I made the horrible mistake of hiring another company prior to Illiana and wasted hundreds of dollars. They did absolutely nothing they stated. Unlike Illiana Wildlife I NEVER had communication from Company X. Save your money and immediately contact Illiana Wildlife. Thanks home advisor for only connecting the consumer with the best. I will never contact a company again before reaching out to Home Advisors. Spencer Family

Very informative and professional people. I am very pleased with the service I received. I had a raccoon in my attic. I followed the advice and instructions from Bob and he was spot on with everything he said. I highly recommend Illiana wildlife and Pest Control.

Very nice, very professional. I received a call almost as soon as I clicked send. They came as soon as I needed and set traps and bait everywhere in the house and attic.

Very polite informative and reliable

They were able to come out quickly & diagnose the problem. Then they set up a plan of action as well as informed me about annual services. Overall very happy!

Eliminated entrance points and gave very good prevention advice. Arrived on time, was courteous and very professional. Will not hesitate recommending this company.

I had someone else out last year to deal with raccoons in my attic and garage. They were able to coax them out, but because of the short patch work, they came back and by the time I realized they were back, they had done considerable damage to the house and garage. When I started noticing the smell, I looked for a different company to remove them for me and help deal the mess. I emailed Illiana about cost to remove and seal up the house. Bob called back and arranged to stop by to get a look at the situation. Within minutes of his arriving, told me what he would do and I knew this was who I wanted to deal with this for me. His company got to work right away, and no raccoons. Their work getting the house restored was incredible and beyond my expectations. They are trustworthy, honest and, again their work was better than I hoped for. I highly recommend Illiana Wildlife for any unwanted critter that may move into your house. Also, Bob is truly a nice guy and will treat you well.

My rating speaks for itself

I am very impressed with the honesty of this team. I requested an inspection for termites. They were very detailed and determined I did not need the termite treatment, saving me a great deal of money. I recommend them highly,

Treated my home for bats. They were very knowledgeable, very professional. Keith was a very hard worker and responded to all my concerns. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. Just hoping I do not have to.

They know what they are doing, very thorough. Worked in the severest weather. Got it done in two days, including securing the way in.

Illiana Wildlife Services was very professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable.
