Great working with Sam and his crew! I live in Portage Park/Jeff Park and our flat roof began to leak. Sam came out promptly and gave a very reasonable price to repair and replace the roof. They ended up doing a terrific job! They were very efficient, extremely professional and also very tidy. I had many estimates for this job, but Sam won me over by clearly stating all the details that were needed for the job, gave me a great price and topped it off with a 15 year guarantee! Definitely recommend!!

Sam was very knowledgeable about the work being done. He walked with me throughout the entire roof and explained the options available to me. Illinois Affordable repaired a flat roof on our 20-unit Lincoln Park condo. We selected this company after reviewing 4 other companies to do the job. Sam, the grandson of this 4-generation company, was the best contractor and company lead to work with. He was continually in communication throughout the project, and he takes well-deserved pride in the work that he and his workers do. The crew was experienced and have worked with him for a number of years. In addition, they respect each other. Using modern materials and well-honed skills, the company installed a new rubber roof system. It was pleasant to have these workers on the job. They were thorough and efficient, the price was good, and we are looking forward to seeing them this spring to do tuckpointing on the building.

I called them on a Sunday morning to fix a shingle that had blown off. It was supposed to snow later that day so I felt it was urgent to get done as soon as possible. They returned my phone call within 15 minutes and they were over and repairing the shingle in less than an hour and 30. He gave me a good deal for working on a Sunday. The shingle was installed correctly and professionally. His employees were courteous and pleasant. Nothing but good vibes from this roofing company.
