Illinois Energy sent out 3 gentleman to complete our job. They came on time and work the entire day. They definitely had a system between the three and effectively installed 11 windows. As for the initial selling and purchase process went pretty smooth. My only issue was the date that was estimated for install kept getting pushed back. It all worked out the best. Neighbor?s have commented how nice the house looks. We love our new windows!

He was easy to talk to, very professional, and had a great sense of humor. A team member came to double check the measurements. He was courteous and experienced in this field. From start to finish, the installers conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. We were impressed about how they cleaned up during and after the installation of each window. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. We are happy with our new windows, they look great! Flawless experience. Sales process was straight forward. Installation team was clean and efficient. They replaced 13 windows in less than 2 days. The installation team (direct employees - no subcontractors) kept the house tidy and cleaned everything up. The end result exceeded expectations.

I was completely thrilled with the men who installed our new windows. I have extensive gardens, and they did everything they could to not smash a single plant. They even put up a scaffold to strattle the plants while putting in ground floor windows. This obviously made their job more difficult, but preserved my gardens. (And I didn’t even mention how nervous I was about them destroying my plants.) The windows look great and move smoothly.

We used Illinois Energy for all our windows and siding on two previous occasions. As this was the third time we used them, we obviously think very highly of their work. This time, we used them for our front door and garage side door. Jerry was absolutely amazing and took the time and care to ensure everything was installed to our needs, and everything worked properly. He was kind and courteous throughout the whole process, and he was incredibly nice to our kids and dogs. Great experience — if there was anything else in our house that could still be replaced, we would certainly call Illinois Energy again.

Absolutely the best out there! All areas, sales, installation and warranty service is wonderful. I replaced several windows and a large sliding glass door. They were able to accommodate me with a pet screen on the slider at no extra charge. After several storms the screw covers on the outer frame of the slider cracked and damaged. They helped us immediately and supplied us with several covers free of charge. This company excels in customer service as well as their products. We have referred them to a few neighbors who did use their services due to the reasonable pricing and services they provide. Illinois Energy Is one of the best out there!

We are completely satisfied with our experience with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc. We had four new windows installed in our 33‑year‑old single‑family home, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Sales representative Paul Girzynski thoroughly explained and demonstrated the benefits of the new windows, making everything easy to understand. He provided us with a very fair quote for the four windows, and we were comfortable moving forward right away. Shortly after, a window specialist from Illinois Energy Windows & Siding, Inc. came out to take precise measurements. Within what felt like about a month, our windows were ready for installation. A team of four installers completed the job in approximately four hours. They took the time to explain the features of our new windows, including the latch‑release system and the ability to clean the windows from inside the room—an amazing and very convenient feature. The team arrived on time. I showed them which windows were being replaced. I showed them which outside outlet worked well, some don't. They placed a drop clorh down under the window(s) they were replacing. After that they just worked away like busy beavers and in no time all the windows were replaced. They left every neat and clean. I was surprised how quickly they were able to replace all of the windows. There were 8 windows that were replaced - 3 in the front room, [casement windows], 3 (one big set as they're all together also casement) in the dining room, and two in the family room (slide bys). I don't remember what time they arrived or what time they left, but I was expecting them to be here all date till about 5 pm. They weren't. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the work and everything was neat and clean.

Hired IEW&S to install a new front door. The sales person was great, did not try to up-sell us and gave us a very competitive price w/out taking too much of our time. The installer was on-time professional, and clean. He verified all the details before starting the job and finished in a timely fashion. The workmanship is top notch. The door looks great and we've received may compliments on the color and design all thanks to the sales person's recommendations.

Illinois Energy Windows and Siding did a fantastic job in helping us choose an exterior door and screen door for our home. The sales process went well and we had many options to choose from. The installation was flawless and the exterior door and screen door fits and operates perfectly. We will use them in the future if we need any new windows or doors.

This is my second experience with Illinois Energy. I used them several years ago. Both experiences were seamless and stress free. From the initial sales meeting to installation, all went as scheduled and planned. I will definitely use Illinois Energy again.
