We scheduled with them to do our basement windows and had a really good experience the whole way through. We had not problem with setting up payments, picking our windows based on our needs, and ultimately the install. The men who cam to install were respectful of our space and cleaned up (better than it was when they came in to be honest :) ) before they left. They even added trim to a window that didn't have one. Will return with my next project.

Had a great experience with IEWS. Needed to replace our front door/transom. From the first visit providing samples through installation, the crews that i interacted with were solid and the end product is fantastic. No subbed-out contractors doing the installation so you can expect them to be reliable. When we need windows, we'll definitely go back to them.

I researched the Internet to find a company that would provide high quality at a fair price. I was familiar with the names like Pella and Anderson, but when I spent time comparing them all, Illinois Energy came out on top. I had never heard of them before but they have been a reliable, high quality provider of windows and doors for quite some time. Their ratings were high and I liked the quality, and the lifetime warranty, and the fact that they had their own installers. They came and installed 5 windows and 1 patio door in one day. They were a well-oiled machine. Several workers came and they were clean, efficient did great work. I was very impressed and plan on having them come back next year to install another six windows.

Our experience with Illinois Energy has been great! They arrived on time, very considerate, did most of the work outside but cleaned up after themselves with any inside work. They estimated 2 days and even though they had to stop early the 1st day due to rain. The installers demonstrated the windows again before they left and answered any questions. The windows are beautiful! The sun and heat this week has already shown the benefits of better UV protection. Love these windows and had a positive experience with the entire process!

Replaced the front entry door with a composite from Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. They came out and showed us all the options and colors. We chose a red door and ordered it. It came in quickly and they scheduled the install right away. The technician showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the old door and remove the aging storm door. The installation went smoothly and work was done extremely well. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company if you are in need of upgrades or replacement.

I wasn't expecting replacing my front door to make such a difference on my house but it DOES. From the person who set the appointment, to Rachel walking me through the myriad options and recommending what would best meet my needs, to the install and follow up- it's been a stellar experience from start to finish. And it truly makes my home cooler against the southern afternoon sun- I can't wait to see how it helps this winter against the cold! Im so glad I decided to not wait. Thank you!!

Very satisfied with the quality of the windows. The installers were very polite and professional. We had the second story windows installed recently, and the work performed was very efficient. We did the first story windows 4 years ago and we were very satisfied then.

We had 2 doors installed on the same day. The installer did a fantastic job with both installation as well as clean up. The doors look wonderful. These doors are very good quality. I was not home when they were installed but was very impressed once I saw them. I would highly recommend this company from start to finish. The salesman took plenty of time to discuss our options. The installer was very polite and professional. The doors are of excellent quality.

We had our 30 year-old patio French doors replaced because they were rotted and damaged beyond repair. After interviewing five different companies, we chose Illinois energy because of the quality of the product and the confidence we had that this was a very experienced and professional team to work with. The custom door installation was done meticulously, the work area, having been tarps carefully prior to demolition, and then cleaned up spotlessly after job completion? You would not have known anyone had been there, except for the stunning new patio French door! They offer fantastic financing which we took advantage of, and it was money very, very well spent. We are now hiring them to do a replacement front door for us. I highly recommend Illinois energy!

Illinois Energy sent out 3 gentleman to complete our job. They came on time and work the entire day. They definitely had a system between the three and effectively installed 11 windows. As for the initial selling and purchase process went pretty smooth. My only issue was the date that was estimated for install kept getting pushed back. It all worked out the best. Neighbor?s have commented how nice the house looks. We love our new windows!

They are knowledgeble in their respective jobs as well as patient and friendly. Garrett evaluated all our windows and took all the initial measurements. He suggested style and materials. He was easy to talk to, very professional, and had a great sense of humor. A team member came to double check the measurements. He was courteous and experienced in this field. From start to finish, the installers conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. They arrived on schedule, worked efficiently and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. We were impressed about how they cleaned up during and after the installation of each window. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. We are happy with our new windows, they look great!
