Illinois Energy was excellent from the initial sale through the installation process. We had our picture window and an oversize glass sliding door replaced by Illinois Energy. The process was explained very well with the salesmen who came to our house. We decided to go with Illinois Energy because the windows were made to fit our home and their great warrantees. We did not go with a slightly cheaper company that just does plug in with pocket windows. We would not have gotten the quality we received from Illinois Energy. Installation was excellent. Our installers covered floors, furniture and left everything clean when they were done. All rubbish was hauled away and rotten wood was replaced prior to installation. The window and frames were weather proofed, sealed, insulated and covered in aluminum on the outside. Overall working with Illinois Energy was a great experience. They are the only ones we would consider for future window purchases.

The installer took was thorough and made sure everything was done the right way. He answered all of my questions and when the work was done, everything was cleaned up as if nothing every happened. I've used Illinois Energy Windows & Doors before—they replaced my front door years ago—so I went back to them for my recent project of new windows, a laundry room door, and some garage trim. Overall, they did a good, solid job. Their sales team is very kind and personable, and the company as a whole is quite responsive whenever you reach out with questions. The installers were professional, stuck to the timeline, and kept the work area neat, doing a nice job with the cleanup. Everything looks good and functions well. I'm happy with the work and would certainly recommend them to others.

The designer/rep came to my house and helped me tremendously on picking the right door and color. She gave me a suggestion to do the inside of the door and different color and it looks amazing and I didn’t even know that could be done. I would definitely recommend this company. Really happy with our new windows and patio door! We just had Illinois Energy Windows and Siding Inc. put in a new sliding patio door and a few double-hung windows, and honestly, we're thrilled with how everything turned out. The quality is great — everything feels sturdy and well-made. One thing that really stood out: the exterior color matches our existing house perfectly, so the new windows and door blend right in like they've always been there. And on the inside, the white finish looks awesome against our white walls too — clean and bright. The install crew was awesome to work with. They put down rugs to protect our floors and covered our furniture with plastic before they even started, so we didn't have to worry about dust or debris getting everywhere. We had 9 windows and 2 exterior doors replaced. The job was completed in one day. The work was excellent with total clean up. The crew was very neat and courteous.

We replaced 9 windows and 2 storm doors this time. Previously we had Illinois Energy replace 12 windows 2 years ago. Now all our windows are new and looking good. No more drafts and leaks! Obviously we recommend them!

Illinois Energy replaced our original front door and screen door. The process was seamless from purchase to installation. Our installer did a remarkable job. He was courteous and efficient. A real craftsman-everything he did was as if he was doing this at his own home. When finished, he picked up everything, vacuumed and even washed the entryway floor! Just had our new front door installed and could not be happier. It looks beautiful and is incredibly well made. The installer was very friendly and professional. The door just glides open and closed, you really can not even hear it. Can't wait for the cold weather to see how well the insolation and seal hold back the cold. The buying proscess was fast and easy. I would say we would use them again in a second but they have already done all our windows and the patio sliding door.

Illinois Energy installed my siding 13 years ago. I have been very pleased with their installation and service. So much so that I just had Illinois Energy replaced my roof, larger gutters installed new entrance doors and the windows and sliding door.are ordered. I am extremely pleased with their work ethics and attention to details. The workers are all neat, clean friendly and courteous. The clean up is excellent. The staff listens to what you want and always checks to make sure everything is done properly. If there are any questions they are always pleased to answer or come out and discuss them.
