Doing the Reader?s Digest version they did the wrong Window they did the job middle winner below zero opened up every window, leaving the house completely exposed with my two young kids and my wife home alone she had to bundle them up and put them in the basement with a space heater. The caulk did not adhere properly due to negative temperatures peeled back from siding, letting water come in and rotting a bunch of wood. Sometime later when I moved the couch to open a window to get a cross a window I almost never opened. I realized it was the original 1980s Window that was originally supposed to be done upon calling the company. They gave me the runaround saying well it was done some time ago. We?ll have to check and get back to you. They also knew that I couldn?t find my estimate I called back upon that hearing from them and got the same runaround two more times I found the estimate I?m tired of getting taken advantage of. And I?m not happy that this is now costing me a lot more money

I had a wonderful experience replacing my patio door with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. Daniel walked me through all the steps involved with the creation and installation of the door and frame as well as showed me the great warranty and how they match up with their competitors. When the time came to actually install the door the craftsmen were very professional and thorough, and did an amazing job. I will definitely consider this company again if I need any new windows/doors in the future!

We had a great experience with getting our new patio door installed with Illinois Energy. The estimate was efficient and easy. They communicated well throughout the wait for installation. The actual installation was done in a few hours with minimal disruption. Would definitely recommend them again as this is the 2nd time we’ve used them with great results.

We had a backdoor replacement project and compared the service/product among several installers. So happy that we went with Illinois Energy! Two things made us signed the contract with them: 1) they have their dedicated manufacturer, and 2) great warranty for every part. Illinois Energy was excellent from the initial sale through the installation process. We had our picture window and an oversize glass sliding door replaced by Illinois Energy. The process was explained very well with the salesmen who came to our house. We decided to go with Illinois Energy because the windows were made to fit our home and their great warrantees. We did not go with a slightly cheaper company that just does plug in with pocket windows. We would not have gotten the quality we received from Illinois Energy. Installation was excellent. Our installers covered floors, furniture and left everything clean when they were done. All rubbish was hauled away and rotten wood was replaced prior to installation. The window and frames were weather proofed, sealed, insulated and covered in aluminum on the outside. Overall working with Illinois Energy was a great experience. They are the only ones we would consider for future window purchases.

Overall, they did a good, solid job. Their sales team is very kind and personable, and the company as a whole is quite responsive whenever you reach out with questions. The installers were professional, stuck to the timeline, and kept the work area neat, doing a nice job with the cleanup. Everything looks good and functions well. I'm happy with the work and would certainly recommend them to others.

The designer/rep came to my house and helped me tremendously on picking the right door and color. She gave me a suggestion to do the inside of the door and different color and it looks amazing and I didn’t even know that could be done. I would definitely recommend this company. Really happy with our new windows and patio door! We just had Illinois Energy Windows and Siding Inc. put in a new sliding patio door and a few double-hung windows, and honestly, we're thrilled with how everything turned out. The quality is great — everything feels sturdy and well-made. One thing that really stood out: the exterior color matches our existing house perfectly, so the new windows and door blend right in like they've always been there. And on the inside, the white finish looks awesome against our white walls too — clean and bright. The install crew was awesome to work with. They put down rugs to protect our floors and covered our furniture with plastic before they even started, so we didn't have to worry about dust or debris getting everywhere.
