Garage Door Opener Installation and Replacement
Awful experience. Used this company to install a new garage door and opener. Opened had to be reinstalled at least 3 times before it worked. Garage door is less than a year old and completely came off its track last night causing a hazard for my family. Their customer service is terrible. I?ve had to call multiple times to get a technician. The technician failed to show for an emergent appointment this morning. The customer service promised that they would elevate my request for service to their ?management? who would call me right back. That was nearly 7 hours ago.

Good Job and fast! My garage door opener works like a charm! Its whisper quiet! My only wish is that he rewired the sensor wiring! Although its no biggie and its working just fine, he utilized the old wiring. Overall, its working just fine!

Fast and professional, Muhammad replaced the springs, replaced the roller wheels, balanced the door, lubricated everything, and installed a new opener which I had previously purchased. The garage door is working great and quietly. It cost a little more than I was expecting, but the additional cost was justified (the roller wheels were clearly worn out) and I'm happy with the results. Would hire again.
