A thorough inspection is what prompted the hiring of Illinois Home Solutions for this job.All communications were prompt and resolved in a timely fashion. Kay, the office manager, in particular was very helpful They did what the contract stated. All employees I had face to face contact with were professional and polite. The job was finished on time. I appreciated their efforts to please my 93 yr old Dad who can get a little cantankerous now and again. In my opinion this is an outstanding locally owned company.

Mold & Toxic Material Test
Mason Hadley came to our home to inspect our basement for mold. He found that their was not a high level of mold and told us how to treat it ourselves. If you want Honest,Caring,Knowledgable and Friendly help DO NOT hesitate to contact Mason he is the owner of Illinois Home Solutions (mold Restoration). No charge No pressure Nothing but Professional service. This is a VERY Refreshing in these days. Can t say enough about this experience!

Great company to deal with, from the first phone call to the cleanup after the job. Honest, professional, on time, great work and a decent price. I could not find anyone within 50+ miles to do the entire job I needed (which involved mold remediation, paint scraping, joint repair, and water resistant sealing). I will probably use them again for other services.

They were a little unprepared for this job! Didnt have the right mask she needed and only worked about three hours and left! Hopefully will work a full day today and do a good job!! They were very nice and told me what they were doing!
