I dont have cover plate to shield the lock. Lock is exsposed from the out side.

Project was completed to our expectations. Ted VanBuren was very professional and efficient. Job site clean-up after job was done was also excellent.

Ted was very courteous and accomdated a height reduction as per village regulation.Beat other competitors price by 10%.

Finished fence looks great. Only issue was that workers left mounds of dirt from the post holes. Not a big deal if you have a couple holes, but it was a lot of work to remove dirt for 50 posts. I'm happy with the job.

Very quick install in frigid temperatures to replace faulty fence after blizzard damage. Only quoted what was needed, and used old fence where possible. Saved money with the honest quote.

Ted is very knowledgeable. Very competitive quote delivered quickly. His team worked in very cold conditions with no problem. Work done exactly as he first estimated. Clean up was complete. No mess left behind.

I would recommend them however I would warn people that the "carrot" of a week and a half to install the gate and rails was not accurate. Ted was a nice enough guy but it took almost 7 weeks to get the work completed. I will say that I am happy with the finished product. Again, annoyed with the wait and lack of communication regarding the work holdup. I must admit it looks nice and the installers did a nice job.

Ted was very polite and professional, so was the crew that did the repairwork. It was one of the hottest days of summer,they just keept going till they were thru, except water and some ice tea breaks i suggested. I have an old cedar fence which is quite large, and has seen better days. I do not want the expence of buyibg a new fence, so I had 8 rotted posts replaced. Illinois Iron Works, Inc. removed 3 posts that had cracked at the ground level. Then, they dug 3 foot holes and replaced all 8 posts into cement. Finally Illinois Iron Works placed 6 sections of fence back into place. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. 3 years ago I started having problems with the fence posts. I had several so called professionals look at it, but would not do the job. Everyone wanted to tear down the existing fence, and replace it for several thousands of dollars. I will recommend Illinois Iron Works, Inc. to anyone.

Ted , the owner, was very polite and on time. His crew of 3 were also very polite and energetic. They removed and erected my fence in one day. During that time we had a severe rain storm and they stayed until it lessened to showers and still finished the job in the rain.
