David and Craig are great! They had to replace a drain pipe in our kitchen. They found the issue and replaced the pipe. Once we had the cabinets put back they came back the next day and put the sink back in and connected all of the pipes under the sink. They tested the dishwasher to make sure everything worked and they cleaned the area. Before leaving they checked under the sink to make sure there was no leaks. Dave is courteous, knowledgeable, reliable, punctual, and skillful in various aspects of plumbing. He recommends the least expensive way to handle a plumbing problem rather than trying to upsell a much more expensive alternative. I have used IPW several times and will use them again since I rent several apartments in the area.

I am extremely happy with my experience with IPW. We had a horrible blockage in our tub I just couldn't clear. I called IPW at 7a and they had someone out and the tub working great again by 1230p. Everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I don't remember the gentleman's name who came out (Dave? Sorry... bad with names) but he called ahead to let me know he was on his way and did the job while keeping me in the loop. Just like his coworkers I spoke to on the phone he was friendly and very helpful. Most importantly to all of this the price was incredibly fair. This was our first call to a plumber since buying our house, but we know who to contact in the area going forward. I would not hesitate to use IPW again for any plumbing needs. I own several apartment building in the Elmwood Park, Illinois area. Occasionally plumbing issues arise. I used various plumbing contractors, mostly without satisfaction for various reasons (punctuality, price, completeness of the work, etc.). A friend suggested that I give Illinois Plumbing Works a try. What a revelation. Dave is a pleasure to deal with both on the phone and in person. His work is top notch and his prices are reasonable. No job seams too small for him and he does all of the work to my complete satisfaction, explaining why I have the problem and how it will be corrected. Being this good, sometimes, I have to wait several days for a non-emergency job to be done, but real emergency work is done ASAP. I gave him 5 Stars, but he really deserves more. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

They did a great job on my Sloane toilet in a vintage condo! I would tell anyone in the area to call them FIRST.

I hired IPW through Home Advisor.The communication was great throughout.The cost was not cheap but was in line with other estimates.The workmanship was top notch to the degree that I am using this company for another project.I would recommend IPW without a second thought.
