Illinois Pro Clean & Restoration

Sent photos as requested showing cabinet doors (only to clean the doors, not interiors) ..then heard workers call to complain about the cabinets. Well b4 appt reduced work request - don't clean vent grates throughout house - yet still charged maximum of charge range. Workers were 54 min late (I called at 16 min to learn wereabouts), and then requested the step stool I was using because didnt have one. 2 bathrooms vaguely clean, if could not do then communicate.. 1 came to me to advise done, other already waiting in van. I wanted to offer some gratitude so gave both tips to the one. I did ask if can give 1 bathroom another cleanse, and did so, that 1 a little better.. I really cannot recommend this organization on any point...

We had Illinois ProClean complete a deep clean and carpet cleaning services for our offices. The tech provided excellent service and was extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I hired them to do remove alot of junk and to clean an old house. They asked me for pictures,I sent them. They told me they could do the job I. 2 weeks. The day comes and only one person shows up,he stayed an hour and made it seems like I deceived them some how about the amount or the type of job it was. They had. 2 weeks to ask me for more information or to come look over the job site. Instead I had to wait another week for them to come and then tried to charge me more money because it took longer then they allotted for. Then when I said no,they left garbage on the porch. I just feel like if this isnt something they do or want to do then just say that. I could have hired someone else. Instead they made me feel like I hide the facts of the job from them. Very disappointed

Andrew was very professional, polite,took pride in his work. He worked very hard. I liked him and his work ethic very much. My rugs looked great when he was finished! I recommend this company very highly!
