Very professional very pleasant. Explained in detail what he was going to do. And no hidden cost. And we are warm! Highly recommend

ILLY HVAC have serviced my HVAC system for several years. It was time for my system to be replaced and as a responsible home owner I sought three bids. The bids were close to the same price and without a doubt I knew that I would give my business to Jim Illy and Jeff Ruckman. These US Veterans have always been professional, answered all my questions, keep communication open, and completed the job striving for customer satisfication. I highly recommend ILLY HVAC.

We recently learned that carbon monoxide was leaking into our living space from our old furnace. Our old air conditioner had been performing below par for many years, so we decided to replace it as well. We sought bids from several contractors, and Illy HVAC beat the others by a wide margin. Jim Illy and his assistant arrived at the appointed day and time and went right to work. They installed the new equipment in one day. Both men were professional, yet friendly and courteous. They hauled away the old equipment and left the basement probably cleaner than it was when they started. My wife and I are enjoying the upgrade. We would use this contractor again, and we recommend them to you.

This company is wonderful! I own a small business and the heating went out on one of the coldest days of the year. They called me within five minutes arrived in two Hours and completed the work the very same day. Because of their excellent service I never had to close my business because of the no heat situation. The technician was very knowledgeable, and overall I was very pleased with him. I was a little disappointed with the inflexibility of company policy. Apparently, there is one cost to diagnose, and an additional cost for repair. In my case, the repair was an unplugged wire bundle. I thought the additional cost to plug the wire bundle into the circuit board was too much.
