"I am sorry you did not approve of my service, but I'm curious if you already planned on writing me a bad check and this bad review is a justification for that, or did you accidentally write me a bad check and the disapproval of service is circumstantial? O could have performed the service myself but the client asked for multiple individuals which were provided. She stressed about the dust and this was the focus of the clean but due to the nature of the business, areas can easily be missed. This is why I asked the clients to walk the clean to identify any mistakes. The client pointed out one area which was addressed and then expressed her satisfaction."
