They called to set up an estimate for 1 pm did not show until after 5 pm. Gave great estimate to take down a small tree. Set time for Thursday. On Wed they called to tell us they could not do it for the amt told as because it was leaning towards neighbors home they did not feel safe closing and cutting do they would have to rent lift at $400. Which would be passed on to us. I got them to drop $100. On Thursday they did not show till 4 pm and could not finish. The next day it poured rain so they did not come again till 4 pm did get the tree cut down. Now we did ask for stump grinding and he said yes but we said no haul away as the neighbor wanted wood. Well after I wrote a check for $400 more than the quote I asked about the stumps. He said he could give me some names. So all I got was a small tree cut down a big mess in two front yards and no stump grinding. But they were very pleasant.
