Jared Holt (owner of the company) is extremely unreliable and in my experience, dishonest. I contacted him to install my front yard artificial turf. The underpayment & crusher run was done & all he and his 2 man crew (both have quit) had to do was install my turf. They came & installed in December 25?. It looked pretty good & I was happy and excited however the sand fill & edging wasn?t finished. Jared said he would be back in a week or so. I stupidly paid him upfront because it was close to Christmas & I thought he was an honest business man. He is not. He has not came back to finish the installation he?s been paid for in full. I?ve called & texted him countless times. There is a terrible visible seam you can see. It is now September 26? and he has the audacity to tell me he doesn?t know when he will be available and it?s at least 6 weeks out. This is the third or fourth time he?s blown me off with the same ridiculous response. I can back all of this up with receipts (pics, texts) Update as of 09/08/2026: All he and his two man crew (that quit and no longer work for him) had to do was lay the artificial grass on top of the pre prepped build up crusher run and underlayment. He finally came and gave me a sob story and I foolishly paid him $1700 in full upfront. They laid the turf within 5 hours however never finished and said he would be back. That was December 25?, today is 9/4/2026! He?s blown me off, lied and been rude as if I was annoying him when I?ve asked when he could come complete what I paid him for. There is a terrible highly visible seam right in the middle of the yard and he has never finished the sand fill and the edges. I think 9+ months is plenty of time to be patient and wait 6 weeks at a time each time I asked when he could come. (That?s what he would tell me because he was just SO busy, he just didn?t know when he could come). I?m guessing the 11 positive reviews are family and friends because it?s the same on other review sites. Pretty coincidentally?..
