The work did not pass code inspection. They returned and corrected the error. They did not return to finish the job after finally passing code inspections. I had to call repeatedly. Also they damaged an interior blind.The fabric was torn. I had paid them in full with the understanding they would pay for the repair of the damaged blind. I have emailed and called their office. I am not pleased. I am disappointed. I had higher expectations than what they promised.

AHT did a repair job for me last year. I used the electric shutter once and it failed in exactly the same manner that it did before they â repairedâ it. I was shocked when I called them that they would not honor any warranty. I recommend you never use these folks to repair your shutters and for those of you that are contemplating using these folks, I would avoid, as your warranties may be useless.

I recently said I was unhappy but they showed up about 20 minutes later. Workmen were great and friendly. Not only did they repair the stuck panel, they also checked that the other shutters were working properly, They have relieved my stress about the upcoming hurricane season.

Our 12 YO hurricane shutter quit working, and we use it every morning to shield our furniture from the direct sun. They came the morning after we called them, and within an hour we were up and running again. They lubricated it well and replaced some parts that were damaged as a result of no lubrication. Didn't know we needed to do that, so he showed us how and where to lubricate it 2x a year. He told us we have the best motor and it should last us many more years. They also have a maintenance program for those unable to do it. So grateful for their excellent work, and knowledgeable and competent technicians. And they showed up on time!! Great job, AHT!! Will happily recommend you. Thank you!
